Fears Of Disaster Brewing For Ukraine As U.S. Halts Weapons Shipments Over Stockpile Concerns

Ukrainian officials say that despite media reports that the Trump administration is halting the delivery of critical air defense interceptors and other munitions, at least some U.S. arms continue to be provided and they have not been informed that these transfers will no longer be made. The news comes at a particularly critical time, as Russia has stepped up its aerial attacks. Earlier this week, Moscow launched its largest air barrage of the war, firing 477 drones and 60 missiles, according to the Ukrainian Air Force. Overall, major and relatively sudden shortfalls in planned weapons deliveries could have wide-ranging impacts on the battlefield.

On Wednesday, a top aide to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said that the Patriot interceptors are still being provided.

“Deliveries are ongoing as of today,” Mykhailo Podolyak, advisor to the Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, told the Ukrainian FREEDOM TV news outlet. “It would look very strange — it would look inhumane — to stop supplying interceptor missiles, especially for Patriot systems, which clearly and significantly protect civilians across Ukraine.”

An unusually informative article once you get past the first 4 paragraphs.

It lists the arms that are now withheld. The list is substantial.

And it looks like anything that was in shipment continues to arrive. But that's it.

We should ship our illegal invaders to fight their war. What would the left say about that?

This is such a surprise.

Ukraine didn’t beat Putin? They never joined NATO? They didn’t join the EU? They didn’t become a democracy? They didn’t become a judeo Christian country?

The idiocy is amazing

For those who don't follow defense programs the Patriot PAC-3 MSE missile is one of our most modern and up to date front line air defense missile

Each one cost between 4-5 million dollars each and you shoot 2 at each incoming target

This is what the Biden Administration was sending to Ukraine. Biden shipped our top shelf systems to Ukraine, not some tired old , obsolete 1980s missiles slated to be scrapped as we were lied to

Vietnam was lost when the US refused to continue to support the South. Now history may repeat itself in Ukraine.

"For those who don't follow defense programs the Patriot PAC-3 MSE missile is one of our most modern and up to date front line air defense missile"

Biden had to ask Japan to send us Patriot missiles for Ukraine, the end of 2023. Japan had to change their arms export rules in order to ship the whole missile to the U.S. Previously, they were only allowed to send missile components. They had to send the missiles to the U.S., because they aren't allowed to send arms to countries at war.

Good. Vietnam was nothing but a proxy war with Russia and China, just like Ukraine is a proxy war with Russia. Proxy wars never end in total victory when the U.S. is involved. Ask South Korea. That was a proxy war with Russia and China too.

I would have no troubles if those missiles had been used in a serious effort to repel a Russian and win .

But the fact is they were indiscriminately squandered in a phony proxy war intended to be our new forever war.

Those missiles were intentionally wasted with no real intention of winning whatsoever. As a result of this, the Ukraine has lost despite being supplied with and blowing through almost all the weapons America had stockpiled to fight WWIII in Europe

Yup , it’s loony tunes crazy.

Biden had Four Stars searching under the couch cushions of the Pentagon looking for loose change weapons to ship to Ukraine

Total Patriot missile production is 500 per year.

https://boeing.mediaroom.com/news-releases-statements?item=131534

Meanwhile, Russia regularly launches attacks of 500+ missiles per night.

https://www.cbsnews.com/news/russia-airstrike-ukraine-war-largest/

The USA and all of NATO have these ludicrous “Faberge Egg” weapons systems which are absurdly expensive and can’t be build in relevant quantities.
