Maybe they could change to something useful, like clearing the calendar of all of those asylum cases that are scheduled years out.
Might take some overtime. Although, it could end up being like Night Court.

Any entity whose sole goal is to upend the President Trump’s administration is IMHO, a traitor.

Its not new limits.
Its reigning them back to constitutional limits withing their jurisdictions. They never were intended to have jurisdiction over the entire country. Its the very reason why they have limited territories. 94 districts means 1 districts ruling affects that 1 district. 13 appeals means they cover a number of districts. But not districts outside their assigned districts.
It never ws set up that a low level district court could force a ruling over the entire nation. They o ly pulled this crap because republican president the deep state and uniparty doesnt like.

I'd love to see some impeachments. Let the Senate decide the fate of these imperial judges.

"Limits on their power"...what horseshit. The Imperial Judiciary expanded its scope almost overnight by decreeing hundreds of national injunctions aimed at President Trump. SCOTUS is putting them back where they were for centuries and where they belong. The judicial activism against President Trump #47 is alarming, to say the least.

** Injunctions per year
For Trump 47, the figure comes from scaling the Congressional Research Service’s (CRS) reported 17 nationwide injunctions from January 20 to March 27, 2025 (66 days, or 0.18 years), to a full year (17 ÷ 0.18 = 94.4).

Bottom line: Nobody elected any judges to run the executive branch of the federal government.
Over 77 million Americans elected President Trump to run the federal government.
These crazy far left Democrat judges in a few far left states were inevitably going to lose this war.
SCOTUS is now going to give these jokers a regular spanking.
To: E. Pluribus Unum
Courts were not meant to be all-powerful and superior to all other government branches. That is what Justice Barrett’s opinion in CASA referenced in her statement that Jackson in her dissent promotes an “imperial” judiciary.
Democrats, at the moment, don’t want three equal branches of federal government. They want a tiered government with the judiciary being first, bureaucratic agencies second, and congress third. In their world the President himself plays no part in the decision making process since he is just a figure-head. This, of course, will change should they retake Congress or the White House.

Yep.
The far left Democrat judges have gone completely nuts.
They need to be cut down to size.
