How many excessively paid CEOs are out there?

Jokes on these people….CEOs have “packages”. Those packages usually contain small amounts of “income.” They usually include deferred compensation and stock options. They are ‘worth’ millions, but they are not all taxable.

Go ahead. Drive your city completely into the toilet. But I guess its OK if you have a bunch of illegals who work and aren’t subject to the minimum wage laws.

Did Musk ever get back his full initial compensation from Tesla over the objections of that judge in Delaware?

Maybe they could tax excessive salaries for the leadership of NGO’s especially the ones that are taxpayer funded. Even better let’s end all tax exempt status for organizations.

This proves to me, that the land called the city of fruits and nuts, called so by my father, and verified by yours truly, have performed city-wide seppuku, spoiling any enamour, glamour, and any appeal, to come play, experience, the greater Los Angeles City.

No.

However, Musk and team intended to take it to the state supreme court....nothing heard since December on how this goes.

Added note....because of stock surge, and current value...the old amount listed ($56-billion) is pretty close to $100-billion currently. I would predict it gets to the Supreme Court by summer of 2027. By that point...stock value might be in the $200-billion range.

They just want to force business to employ illegals. That’s what minimum wage is for.

Retards, once the FIFA tournament is done and tourists pick other venues than butt ugly and dangerous LA to vacation, hotels will start shutting down and lots of those union jobs will dry up…just as California’s fast food industry and workers how that $20 an hour for unskilled labour worked out. Democrats and communists, sorry for repeating myself only know how to destroy businesses and jobs , it may be the only thing they do well.

Fast food could pay $30!! Same guy would be running the fryer, cookin the burgers, pouring the drinks, cash register, drive thru and cleaning up. But they could do it!!-😁

I think they should strike until they get $30/hr. Meanwhile, one of two things will happen: 1) someone with a brain will take their job, 2) the company goes out of business. Perhaps the best lesson they can learn is to go out on strike and FAFO.

Have you been to a McDonald's recently? You have to order at a kiosk.

$30 an hour is excessive.

As I understand it, some (lots?) of union contracts are tied to the minimum wage. If the minimum wage increases so do union salaries.

They never will because it will never be enough. It wasn’t long ago people were stomping their feet for the $15/hr minimum wage.
