The head of the United Nations’ nuclear watchdog group revealed even more damage from the US airstrikes on Iran’s nuclear sites after taking a closer look — including possible chemical contamination at one facility.
International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) chief Rafael Grossi said Tuesday that the latest satellite images from the Fordow and Natanz facilities showed additional damage, beyond what the agency found in the first-pass review of the sites.
At Fordow, the mountain fortress just south of Tehran, officials identified additional strikes at the road leading up to the facility, as well as one of the entrances.
The US dropped 14 30,000-pound bunker-buster bombs on the facility, which includes equipment buried 300 feet underground.
Meanwhile, at Natanz, the IAEA identified “two impact holes from the U.S. strikes above the underground halls that had been used for enrichment as well as for storage.”

But But according to the commies, uranium was already removed and the whole bombing was a total waste of time ..not saying that Iran doesnt have uranium left, of course they do, but a lot of it was left behind at these facilities
If I recall correctly, the Israelis hit the road the day after the US hit the mountain.
All Trump does is succeed and all everybody else does is try to find something wrong with it.
Re: “Ceasefire”
Israel has never declared that any of its neighbors have no right to exist.
The Islamofascistnazis do not just declare that Israel has no right to exist. They declare that no Jew has the right to keep breathing.
And never forget. Just like “from the river to the sea” the Islamofascistnazis also declare: “First, the Saturday people, then the Sunday people.” First, the Jews, then the Christians.
bkmk

I find it hard to believe that Isreal didn’t have a close watch on Fordow and wouldn’t know when and where it was moved to if moved. I mean if Isreal is able to tell where 14 nuclear scientist and the leadership of Iran’s military where what makes you think they wouldn’t be watching where the uranium is?
“Significant damage” is not the same as “obliteration,” no matter how many times the administration makes such a claim. There hasn’t even been a full BDA done on the sites yet.
It was to make it difficult for the Iranians to get back to the site post bombing.
And whoever was unlucky enough to be down inside was killed or will suffocate.
Yup.
I wonder what happens when you drop a bunker buster on a site, then, a half hour later, drop another one into the hold the first one created.
Asking for a friend.
And when your enemy threatens to destroy you, believe them.
Agreed.
Well Duhh, "may have" is vague and does not say much.
There may never be a Bomb Damage Assessment for this target. You can’t see enough from the air or satellite reconnaissance. I’m sure the Israelis will get some human intelligence from at the scene. But can you count on the Israelis to give us the straight assessment, or would they shade it to suit their own interests? That isn’t a knock against the Israelis. We’ve seen the Ukrainians do this many times in their war with the Russians. It’s part of the game.
It was said some of the 800+ lbs enriched fuel might have been moved out or possibly moved from say Natanz or Esfahan to Fordow which was buried deeper. Speculation. No one really knows what’s where over there other than satellite photos show they went to a lot of trouble to bury the entrances to Fordow.
However even if some enriched nuclear fuel was moved the centrifuges and lab equipment are likely still down there and now buried under tons of rock. Hooray for that.
So it was an strike long overdue and will set back Iran for a few years. They say they will continue nuclear enrichment and I have no reason to doubt them. So Iran will continue to be a problem.
Zactly.
If the site is inaccessible in the future that’s perfectly acceptable.
Single strike beat down is fine policy as long as it succeeded. Results matter to me.
There’s this, and then another article down the page that claims the bombs did not penetrate the actual nuke facilities. Yet another is clutching its pearls about nuclear radiation as a result of the attack. Which is it, MSM? I know they desperately want it to be a failure and disaster. But it was a complete success, it seems.
They dropped 12 not 14 on Fordow and 2 on Natanz so the NYP couldn’t get that right 4 days later.
