Wisconsin Judge Hannah Dugan’s trial date has been removed from the calendar as the court reviews her motion to dismiss the case.

As you probably recall, Judge Dugan was indicted last month for obstructing an ICE arrest after she tried to hide an illegal aliens from immigration authorities in her courtroom.

Most of those who use 'not above the law' to criticize people in power, do not include themselves in that law-enforcement idea. Most democrats in power of any kind or at any level, believe that it doesn't apply to them.

As someone pointed out when Client 9 (Eliot Abrams and his infamous black socks) was offered a similar choice, there really are two sets of rules because those of us not in public office don't get a choice about retiring from our tech writing or engineering or carpenter job instead of being charged with a crime. We get our keisters handed to us. I hope you're wrong but not going to be surprised that this is the case.

That may have been the case. Other judges think about what she did and the fact that she got caught. The latter part is what bothers them.
