Iran's Reza Pahlavi says 100-day transition plan in place if Khamenei falls

Reza Pahlavi, the eldest son of the last Shah of Iran and the former crown prince, said that plans are in place for a 100-day transitional period if the Islamic Republic regime falls in war with Israel.

In a Tuesday video statement in Farsi, Pahlavi sought to reassure Iranians that opposition forces have a plan for the country's future.

"Iran will not descend into civil war or instability," he said. "We are prepared for the first hundred days after the fall, for the transitional period, and for the establishment of a national and democratic government - by the Iranian people and for the Iranian people."

Pahlavi also directed part of his message to the military, police, and state workers, many of whom he said have contacted him in recent days.

"Do not stand against the Iranian people for the sake of a regime whose fall has begun and is inevitable," he said. "By standing with the people, you can save your lives...and take part in building the future of Iran."

Pahlavi: Ayatollah Ali Khamenei is a frightened rat

"The Islamic Republic has reached its end and is in the process of collapsing," Pahlavi declared. "Khamenei, like a frightened rat, has gone into hiding underground and has lost control of the situation."

In his address, the crown prince said the fall of the regime was "irreversible," describing the moment as a historic turning point for the Iranian people.

Please don’t let the USA try to rebuild it...we suck at it.

While Russia sucks at war they are great at actually controlling a country after they take it over. They install pro-Russian leaders and arrest the opposition.

Iran needs to have this...not democracy.

Let the Iranians do it themselves even though it might wind up like Syria (civil war and reprisals).

Pahlavi can do it but he has to promise the Iranian people that he is no “Shah”.

It would be nice if it were to happen, but I think its all wishful thinking on the part of the Shah-in-waiting.

“Please don’t let the USA try to rebuild it...we suck at it.”

Could not agree more - it’s literally IMPOSSIBLE for the US to install stable governments in that part of the world.

Getting rid of Assad was a women’s thing, as he posed no threat to us and supported his Christians. Iran has vowed to take us out, once they got their nukes working.

At the moment, this article is overly optimistic.

Key indicators we would need to see before concluding that regime collapse is imminent:

The regime is under severe pressure—externally from Israel and the West, and internally from an angry, young population—but as of now, the coercive institutions remain loyal, organized, and effective. That makes talk of imminent collapse premature. Change is possible, but it will likely require either a major trigger (such as Khamenei’s flight into exile, perhaps to Russia) or a broad, coordinated uprising that overwhelms the regime’s enforcement machinery.

You are leaving President Donald J. Trump out.

He is good at building things. He is human, not perfect, but is the best thing that has happened to the USA in my lifetime.

Bibi and Trump have done things that DC bureaucraps would never have allowed. And here we are.

The Leftist brought the USA here.

We were and will again be the most free nation on earth again.

He arguably hasn’t got control of the US bureaucracy, let alone any expertise in building new ME governments.

He was in my accounting class at Texas Tech during the summer of 77 I think. He was about 17 and learning to fly jets at the nearby military base. We were all in shorts and Lone Star Beer caps, he wore a black suit, white shirt, black tie and had two giant ape body guards. He only showed up the first day and for the final exam.

Trump is a builder. FACT.

He never said he was a politician.

In my opinion, he has done an incredible job in 6 months back in office. The Leftist scum hate him, that is an amazing feat. They are being destroyed daily, and they cannot figure out what happened.
