She did.

Courts overruled.

There should be malpractice lawsuits against judges.

Even more red flags are detailed here:

And he may be headed to Canada...

https://nypost.com/2025/06/06/us-news/travis-decker-searched-how-to-relocate-to-canada-days-before-allegedly-killing-his-3-daughters/

I’ve been following this story and wondering... If an Amber Alert had been issued, maybe the girls could have been saved.

You can bet the Child “Protective” Agency created and recommended the plan and advised the judge, thus failing the children. If there is even a hint of mental issues, visitation must be supervised.

Weird. Usually they bend over backwards at the female spouses requests.

Someone needs to track down this Judge!
That scumbag should at minimum have to dig 3 graves, then their own!

No.

There are judges with agendas.

Or perhaps they all have agendas.

I have seen men royally screwed inn the courts system.

I have seen women royally screwed in the courts..

One thing this country was founded on is justice.

There is no justice.

At any level.

I’m not getting into this. Family court overwhelmingly favors women. It is surprising they didn’t grant her request. Its a lot esier for women to get restraining orders/access to kids limited than men. Its nowhere near equal amounts.

I think there is some truth to what you say. I have also watched wealthy connected men... read lawyers judges politicians executives or plain wealth strip a woman of her children and her part of the house and leave her destitute. Depends on who you know.

A man who is connected in cj or judicial system might force his wife to find representation several countries away. No one wants to break the old boy system.

Our system is bad because male or female it is no longer about justice.

"Weird. Usually they bend over backwards at the female spouses requests."

That's a myth, as evidenced by this case. The coldblooded killer got unsupervised visitation, despite all the red flags. When he didn't return the girls that night, the mother went to police, but the state refused to issue an Amber Alert because the girls were with their father.

One case doesnt make it the norm. Its well documented men are the lowest rung on the totem pole in “family” court, which is a racket making over 60 billion a year off citizens.

The example you cite, for one, is an extreme/fringe case, and 2, in no way limited to rich men. Rich women and their families can railroad a guy just as easily. Doesnt change anything I stated. Its not one-way. And women are coached by their attorneys to lie about fears and tempers and such to get better custody conditions. Kids are manipulated too.

Most european countries handle divorce far better than we do, namely because the governments don’t exploit the situation to make money off of it. Further they treat both sides far more equal, don’t have perpetual alimony, and since they dont aim to make billions off divorcing people, they dont encourage animosity between spouses, and draw things out, and child support is paid by both parents, custody is usually 50/50, and child support and alimony are realistic numbers not based on income percentage to be someones income, and alimony if given, isnt forever.

The man was clearly driven insane to do what he did. You think he was like that before? Wrong. If he was he would never have passed the military entrance exams and his wife would not have been with him.

What is wrong with YOU to think a man driven to such extremes is normal and acceptable?

I myself have been through the family court system, so I have firsthand experience. I also watched other cases unfold and have personal knowledge of other cases, so I know how it works. And it doesn’t work the way men’s rights groups claim it does.

I also have firsthand experience through family and friends, some I helped navigate thru the courts. It is extremely biased against men. I had to help one friend file first, to be the plaintiff, and it had to be done online. Multiple times, that site switched his ex to plaintiff. Multiple times. All on its own. I had to be extremely careful becaude that county government website was deliberately altering her to be the plaintiff. That is how biased the system is against men. And its BS it doesn’t matter who the plaintiff is. It does.

We have had decades of men watching what happens to themslves and other men in divorce. Its why they aren’t marrying anymore, among other major reasons.

That sounds like a glitch or something else going on.

The system never switched me to the plaintiff. Anyway, it makes no difference who’s the plaintiff and who’s the defendant. The plaintiff is only the person who filed first. It doesn’t mean the defendant was the one who did wrong.

Thats totally not correct. Thats what many will tell you. It isn’t correct. Theres an inherent bias that exists for whoever the defendant is.

I don’t want to talk to you anymore, its not going to go anywhere. Goodnight.

It’s a free country. You don’t have to talk with me. But we’re both posting on a public forum, so I’m responding to your last post.

Every lawyer told me it makes no difference to a judge in divorce court whether you’re a plaintiff or a defendant. I was the defendant, even though I did nothing wrong. The plaintiff is simply the person who files first.

There was one drawback to being a defendant. As a defendant, the pro-bono legal organization would not help me. But, the judge did not care who was the plaintiff and who was the defendant when making his decision.
