A Riverside County inmate sentenced to death was allegedly murdered in a state prison by another inmate, which led to a large mob attack on Friday morning, officials say.

“The other gang member refused to shoot [the girl], so Mendez ultimately shot her,”
Justice finally served
Reading between the lines, it sounds like Mexican gang members jumped the white or black dude that took out the Mexi.
The article does not say, both probably illegals.
After viewing pictures, one Hispanic took out another. Leadership dispute in a prison gang?
Such vibrant diversity!
In Wisconsin, when one inmate kills another we say that he was, ‘Dahmerized.’
But, it doesn’t happen often...enough. ;)
Mmmmm, you can feel the cultural enrichment!
Norteño contra Sureño?
And? They got the job done in a timely manner.
All things are possible as Scripture says...
But in Florida, death row is 23hr locked in a solitary room, 1hr let out shackled with only guards, no time with any other inmate, so this couldn’t happen here.
(FD a relative by marriage is on death row, has been for 30 years; his two sisters and one of his brothers have died in the interim, only one other brother still alive. That is referred to as justice in the state of Florida.)
The passage goes on to say, "..if thou do that which is evil, be afraid; for he beareth not the sword in vain: for he is the minister of God, a revenger to execute wrath upon him that doeth evil."
"Sword" is not a piece of jewelry or ornament. It was an instrument of death. If Paul had written today it would say, "He (law enforcement) executes law and order with his Colt 1911 and Remington 870."
Finally, law enforcement is to rain down God's wrath on these mongrels; these psychopaths that are destroying America. Wrath is unbridled anger. God's wrath is something to fear and the lawless should know that. At the point of the "sword." Where's the Frank Hamar/Chesty Puller generation when you need them? Where's the America I grew up in?

Just saved taxpayers a lot of money in the endless appeal process for death row inmates.
This in a state that will not execute prisoners given the current governor.
A DR in Genpop.Interesting.
I would suggest clemency for the “mob”.
Years ago I read that Florida had executed Melvin Carter, I was saddened as I knew and was friends with Melvin Carter at Jefferson Davis Jr. High.
Then I found out the Melvin Carter they executed was white, and my friend was black...
NHI / Public Service Homicide
Headline bothers me. He wasn’t a ‘murder suspect’, he was a murderer.
I wonder how many death row inmates die before their scheduled execution date, via old age or sickness or by inmates doing the job of the prison system, or inmates ‘taking the law into their own hands’.
More justice in the joint than in our filthy court system.
