American President Donald Trump has once again threatened Russia. He claims that if Russia crosses the line, the United States will respond, Trump made this statement during a meeting with German Chancellor Friedrich Merz at the White House.

Furthermore, Trump recently said that in two weeks, he would know whether Putin is trying to deceive him about ending the war. According to Trump, if the Russian President lies about peace, the US will change its approach.

"If i see somebody's out of line. If I see Russia's out of line — you will be amazed. Remember this: they like to say I’m friends with... I’m not friends with anybody," Trump said.

The American leader once again emphasized that he is "the one who stopped the Nord Stream 2 pipeline."

"Until I came along, nobody ever heard — not one person in this room ever heard of Nord Stream 2," he added.

Trump threatens Putin

Recently, Russia launched massive drone and missile attacks on Ukrainian territory for three nights in a row. However, at first, US President Donald Trump did not comment on the Russian strikes. Later, he said that Putin had gone crazy.

"Something has happened to him. He has gone absolutely CRAZY!" Trump wrote on Truth Social.

Additionally, Trump stated that the US is definitely considering imposing sanctions on Russia.

Meanwhile, the Kremlin, responding to Trump’s words, claimed that his statement was caused by emotional overload.

Later, Trump again criticized Putin for delaying peace negotiations with Ukraine. The American leader threatened Russia with “very bad things.”

I think the threat thing has crossed the line because it isn’t working. Obviously neither side wants peace, so let them have the war and both can pay for it themselves.

President Trump thought Ukraine’s surprise drone attack over the weekend was “strong” and “badass,” sources who discussed it with him tell Axios, but he’s also concerned it will make his ceasefire mission even harder.

Bad Vlad is in President DJT’s doghouse. Trump is giving Vlad two weeks to sink or swim. Two more weeks of Vlad’s foot dragging, then Trump will start making the rounds on instituting secondary sanctions against nations buying Russian oil.

That when instituted will work against the big lie Russia hoax. That 50% of Americans still believe in. So will help DJT’s populism is this way too.

i am sorry to say, (except for hitting back some at the Hootie terrorists) President Trump has mostly lost crediblity when it comes to issuing ultimatums

since he doesn’t follow through, at least not yet

(besides, threatening Russia would not be my first recommendation but that’s a different discussion)

“President Trump thought Ukraine’s surprise drone attack over the weekend was “strong” and “badass”

Here Trump is going with the strong horse, Ukraine. Just call him President Breaking Bad.

“instituting secondary sanctions against nations buying Russian oil.”

That might backfire.

Hitler waged war for five and a half years without oil revenue.

It was a very clever attack.

However, the Russians can use old airliners to launch cruise missiles.

The Ukrainians would accept peace if the Russians would just stop attacking them. It is false to paint the Ukrainians and Russians as morally equivalent.

“Remember this: they like to say I’m friends with... I’m not friends with anybody.”

Now that’s what we like to hear from the U.S. Prexy.

Washington would’ve cracked a big wooden smile at that line.

The Russians get it.
1973-Nixon put us on higher alert when the Russians got ready to get involved.

1980’s-they came back to the negotiating table when Reagan installed Pershing missiles in Europe over German objections.

Then there was Star Wars-brought down the Soviets. The left gives Gorbachev the credit.

No they wouldn’t. They just got done with a major attack on Russia the day before negotiations in Istanbul. I believe that was a message that they were not interested.

Neither one wants peace and it is quite obvious to anyone with a brain.

All this made up lying bullshat for Ukraine is wearing thin.

Just cut it out.

Very true, I never thought Trump would support Russia. He is in the process of pivoting toward Ukraine. He knew full well that Russia was not interested in peace and it was anything but a violent criminal thug. Now he can blame Putin and support the Ukes.

Actually, I think both sides want peace.

However, Ukraine won’t give up their Russian-occupied territories, while Russia will never give them back.

If they can agree to stop fighting and let the current front lines be the territory split border, they’ll have peace. Ukraine should know they’ll never win back those lands, ever. But the sop of a demilitarized zone, rather than straight up abdication, should be pursued.
