GOP Senate leader Thune has said that the Senate will not be moving forward with these sanctions until they get the go-ahead from Pres. Trump. Discussing the possibility of these sanctions during the negotiations gives Trump leverage. Maybe Trump privately approves of Grahams’ trip.

Wait... A senator of the U.S. cannot meet with the Ukrainian leaser? Is Graham violating some kind of rule? Is Lyndsey the first senator or congressperson to meet with Zelensky, and is that prohibited?

Lynch is going to lose the election BIG TIME. He should pick another issue to attack Graham on, but this Ukraine issue is not a winner for Lynch.
