TALLAHASSEE, Fla. – An immigration raid occurred in Tallahassee involving the Florida Highway Patrol and U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, with over 100 people reportedly arrested at a construction site.
Homeland Security Tampa confirmed the arrests Thursday evening and said some of those arrested were previously deported and others with criminal backgrounds.
The department said the illegal aliens are from Mexico, Guatemala, Nicaragua, El Salvador, Colombia and Honduras, “to name a few.”

Are you familiar with Medard Park?
In the late 80s and 90s we took our kids and scouts there to camp and play. A great place. by 2000 it was overrun by what I believe were largely illegals.
My daughter was home from college and we rode over there. While driving through the park I was afraid to stop. Disgusted me.

You like to see it!
Thanks a Democrat for unsafe and disgusting conditions in this country. I bet most don’t even wipe their ass.
Decades ago, there was an employer in my city that hired a lot of illegals. They got raided several times. It stopped after it was revealed that the raids always occurred the day before payday.
If we cracked down on employers, and stopped the handouts, illegals would self deport in large numbers. E-verify should be mandatory for ALL employment, period. Employers who hire illegals should face large fines and in some cases jail.
Obviously this employer didn’t have any or any valid I-9’s for these people so they should be penalized for each and every violation. First time violations of I-9’s are $281 to $2789, for knowingly hiring or continuing to employ unauthorized workers it’s from $698 to $27,894 per worker. Want to stop people from employing illegals? Enforce the laws and fine the employers.
Yes, they actually do. And then throw the paper in the small trash bins in restroom stalls. I know this because a former office I worked in was on the same floor as an immigration attorney. When we complained to building management it was explained to me that they do this because the sewers in the shithole countries they come from cannot handle toilet paper.
That’s what Eisenhower did.
Nice.
No one coming in.
And Many going out.
Thanks Mr. President.
They do wipe their ass, but they have a habit of throwing the used toilet paper in the trash can, not flushing it.
In the jail bus they look like they’re having a good time. Some federal judiciary pimp will intervene; or, they get a free ride home to visit the family and then come back to do it all over again. It’s a joke.
I am old enough to remember when college boys would work construction during the summer b/c it paid so well and they needed the money for tuition.
Now, those boys would never be hired on a job site.
Then since they are likely paying cash with no withholding, nail them for tax fraud.
How about the public sector entity that hired the contractor..

This rocks. Trump warned you go home, self deport
they didnt get the memo. Bye!!
Many public sector contracts, including all federal contracts, stipulate a valid employee workforce. Assuming that's the case here, it's breach of contract on the part of the employer and grounds for termination of same.
Yup. Simple common sense.
The only thing we owe these invaders is a boot in the ass back over the border.
