Last week, unelected District Court Judge Brian Murphy told the Trump administration that it must bring back an illegal alien who was deported because, according to Murphy, the alien needs due process — and the Trump administration buckled.
In court filings on Wednesday, the Department of Justice (DOJ) said it would bring back the illegal alien, designated by the initials O.C.G., after Murphy ruled that the administration “ignored” certain steps in the removal process.
But Trump should buck rogue judges, not buckle to them.
Just this past week, another district court judge ordered the Trump administration to continue to allow thousands of immigrants to remain under a parole program so that they can continue to work in the country. Trump tried to curtail its use after pointing out that the Biden administration misused the power to facilitate a mass invasion...

In retrospect, I think I was unfair in my judgement of Pinochet in the past.
Absolutely, Trump should take on these rogue judges by ignoring them, not doing so will weaken the presidency.
I think the plan is to push push push, more & more, to try to get Trump to do just that so then we’d get wall-to-wall hysteria: defying the courts, dictator, Hitler, rogue president, end of democracy on and on.
Roberts is playing along for now, foot-dragging for the most part. The administration, set by Trump, is determined to wait them out until SCOTUS acts....if they ever do.
Meanwhile, from Wall Street:

There is a lawyer on YouTube who went through the judge’s initial ruling and his response to the Administration’s request for reconsideration. It was an excellent point by point summary of how the judge completely abused his authority and ignored germane constitutional issues at play. The judge pretty much ignored the facts, such as the due process already received by the plaintiff.
The administration should 100% not buckle to the judge as his ruling was nothing short of outrageous.
+1
Three co-equal branches.
As far as I can tell the Executive has no real power over the judiciary — Trump cannot “overturn” a Supreme Court decision because in his “opinion” they decided it wrong. That’s not how it works.
And as far as I can tell, the Judicial Branch cannot limit the executive power of the Executive. That’s not how it works.
What CAN happen is that Congress can impeach and remove a judge. That’s REALLY hard and almost never happens. Also, Congress can impeach and remove a president. That’s REALLY hard and has never happened.
The Executive should do executive stuff.
The Judiciary should do judicial stuff.
If anyone wants to “stop” what’s happening, they can go to Congress and say “Please impeach and remove”.
As it stands right now, I think the only thing stopping Trump is Trump himself.
Biden ignored the courts as did Obama. All presidents - especially Democrats - do it.
President Trump is purposely bringing out and exposing the corrupt judges and it is working. impeachment time is in their future.
Ignore the judges. Arrest them for treason if need be.
We are getting pinned by rule 4.
Leftist Alinsky
The Rules for Radicals
1 “Power is not only what you have but what the enemy thinks you have.”
2 “Never go outside the experience of your people.”
3 “Whenever possible go outside of the experience of the enemy.”
4 “Make the enemy live up to its own book of rules.”
5 “Ridicule is man’s most potent weapon. There is no defense. It is almost impossible to counterattack ridicule. Also it infuriates the opposition, who then react to your advantage.”
6 “A good tactic is one your people enjoy.”
7 “A tactic that drags on too long becomes a drag.”
8 “Keep the pressure on.”
9 “The threat is usually more terrifying than the thing itself.”
10 “The major premise for tactics is the development of operations that will maintain a constant pressure upon the opposition.”
11 “If you push a negative hard and deep enough it will break through into its counterside; this is based on the principle that every positive has its negative.”
12 “The price of a successful attack is a constructive alternative.”
13 “Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it.”
That’s exactly what they’re hoping he will do, so they can impeach him!
The difference is that corporate news and media, government departments, agencies and institutions - democrats AND the majority of republicans in Congress ignored Biden's lawlessness. Much of that same coalition would pursue impeaching and removing Trump if given an excuse.
Remember, Biden could depend on democrats in Congress walking in lock-step with him; Trump doesn't have that same luxury with republicans.
