An analyst for the Houston FBI is in jail tonight and facing seven total charges related to the possession of child pornography.
Local law enforcement raided the Cypress area home of Brian Rausch early Tuesday morning.
Montgomery County Pct. 3 confirms one of its investigators with the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) unit discovered evidence indicating that Rausch possessed multiple videos depicting child sexual assault.

I truly don’t understand the interest people have in that stuff, or the insane risk they are taking by having it. In my mind it’s like heroin, but then a lot of people use heroin. To me, I would run from any hint of heroin or child porn. Yikes.
As much as I exult in people being caught for this crime, I also know how easy it is to put that stuff on someone’s computer.
I hope there is other evidence besides just the files, such as accounts with some of the dark web sites for this stuff.
