Pennsylvania man Calvin Crew has been sentenced to life in prison without the possibility of parole for the 2022 murder of Uber driver and mother-of-four, Christina Spicuzza. The victim’s family told the court they chose to spare his life, asking prosecutors not to pursue the death penalty.
Who Is Calvin Crew?
Calvin Crew was found guilty of fatally shooting Christina Spicuzza during a robbery while she was working as an Uber driver in February 2022. In addition to the life sentence without parole, he was handed 13 to 26 years for kidnapping and robbery. His defense claims that Crew was raised in an environment marked by "violence and neglect." His attorneys have stated that he plans to appeal the conviction and continues to assert his innocence. Crew was convicted of criminal homicide, robbery, and tampering with evidence.
Details Of The Incident
On February 10, 2022, Crew requested an Uber ride and was picked up by Spicuzza, 38, around 9 PM in Allegheny County. Wearing a dark hoodie and mask, Crew pulled a gun on her just 10 minutes into the ride, as captured by a dashcam. “You’ve got to be joking,” Spicuzza said upon seeing the weapon. As Crew ordered her to “keep driving,” Spicuzza pleaded, “Come on, I have a family… I’m begging you. I have four kids.” He responded, “I got a family too. Now drive.” Despite repeated pleas for him to remove the gun, Crew kept her at gunpoint, eventually grabbing the dashcam after realizing it was recording.

Sounds like the family suffers from acute liberalism. He’ll be out in under 15 years.
I don’t know about the rest of y’all, but I’m fed up with this crap, always from the same people. At some point one has to acknowledge the 800lb gorilla in the room.
Wanton murderers like this must DIE! Its a mitzvah, a commandment! There are two sides to murder, like 2 sides of a coin: 1) I have killed the victim! Theyre dead! 2) I am alive to gloat about it! A government that refuses to execute the murderer is an accessory to murder and, as such, is no longer a legitimate government. There is only one ex post facto remedy for this crime, and that is the swift death of the perpetrator. Every minute he remains alive is an extension of the crime. She was murdered; he got life. And the government is helping him rub her family’s nose in it. Obscenity!
If Karmelo is convicted for murdering that teenager, Mr Metcalf, the dead boy’s Dad will probably insist on no death penalty, and he will make the announcement on X or TikTok, expecting to be praised by Libs for his “show of compassion”. He will end up being perplexed, as to why almost no one is giving him that kind of praise or affirmation.
He seems nice.
Drawing and quartering would be too good for this sc*mbag. But I’d settle for it.
Pennsylvania Ping!

Sparing some A-hole from the death penalty doesn’t mean he’ll repent and become a model prisoner over the remainder of his life.
It just means he’ll live long enough to, again, present a danger to others; only this time in prison!
#2 is wrong’
He’ll be out in far less time than that.
