Senator James Lankford (R-OK) said Tuesday on CNN’s “The Arena” that someone being deported for illegally being in the United States should get due process “before they’re removed from the country.”
Host Kasie Hunt said, “President Trump sat down for an extensive interview with Kristen Welker at ‘Meet the Press’ over the weekend. She asked him whether he would uphold the Constitution in providing due process to people who are deported and his answer was not yes. Are you confident that President Trump will uphold the Constitution?”
Lankford said, “I am. I think his answer was, I’ve got good attorneys advising me on all those things, and they’re going to make sure they get it right. What’s been confusing on this is some people see due process like us as American citizens, and that’s a right to a jury trial, that’s all those different things. That’s not true for due process for someone who’s not a citizen of the United States. It’s a different process. It’s often just literally what people call an immigration judge, which is not a typical federal judge or a state judge; this is someone that’s in the bureaucracy.”

Illegal Aliens are not U.S. Citizens, therefore they get no due process, and no Constitutional Rights.

What’s with this due process talking point?
We have laws on the books dealing with illegal aliens and deportation proceedings.
If we follow those established laws and policies, that is due process for people in this country. That is following the law.
But the liberal view seems to be that this is not due process.

As Dershowitz has pointed out, The “due” part of due process is flexible, and varies depending on the status of the subject. What process is “due” for illegal aliens is ultimately up to Congress, and in the past has been pretty minimal at best. Renegade judges are trying to make it out that illegals have all these “rights” that must be respected.
No. Hell no.
How does an illegal have due process rights, when they don’t have the document which allows them to LEGALLY access the taxpayer-funded courts?
Why is the American taxpayer forced to fund a hearing for every wetback or pigmy in the world, that didn’t follow our laws?

Someone on the liberal or Demoocrats side decided that”due process “ is the watch word.
Now everyone’s talking about due process.
Civilian courts and posse comitatus apply to legal issues involving ‘citizens of the several states’.
By entering the country under the radar, illegals have stated quite clearly that they will NOT be ‘subject to the jurisdiction’.
All of these cases should be sent to Military Tribunals.

Do you have proof of citizenship? No?
Do posses a Permanent Resident Card (i.e., green card)? No?
Please board the next flight for repatriation to your home country.
