If it was just Haaretz reporting what the Washington Post was saying I would be more suspicious because one's "mileage may vary" when it comes to WaPo.

But JP and TOI are papers where one leans to the politicsl right and the other to the left.

The Jerusalem Post describes itself as being in the Israeli political center, which is considered to be center-right by international standards.
