Because some reach their conclusion based upon the parties of the case and what they want to be true, and not according to laws and the Constitution.
I just read the D.C. court’s ruling and it is pretty solid. I didn’t bother reading the dissent because a) it’s longer than the decision itself (which is just 13 pages, and b) it is by Judge Pillard who was going to rule against the Trump administration no matter what the issue.
Some of them can't even define the word "woman" because they don't have biology degrees.
