DNI (Director of National Intelligence) Tulsi Gabbard dropped a bombshell during an interview this week with Megyn Kelly, and former NIH Director Anthony Fauci should be worried.
Gabbard appeared with Kelly to discuss a variety of issues on investigating leaks from within the administration, whether she would run for president (she did not rule it out), and the origin of the COVID-19 pandemic. When the issue regarding COVID-19 came up, Gabbard had plenty of interesting news to share.
Gabbard told Kelly that she, along with others, were investigating whether the United States funded gain-of-function research which caused the COVID-19 pandemic. This would mean U.S. taxpayer dollars courtesy of Fauci fueled the worst health crisis in over 100 years.
“The thing we are working with Jay Bhattacharya (NIH Director) on, as well as Secretary (Robert) Kennedy, is looking at the gain of function research that in the case of the Wuhan Lab, as well as many others,” Gabbard said. Many of these biolabs around the world were actually US-funded and led to this dangerous kind of research that, in many examples, has resulted in either a pandemic or some other major health crisis.”
“If it was Peter Daszak’s research with the Wuhan bat lady that caused this pandemic, then we did fund it, Anthony Fauci did fund it,” Kelly said.
Gabbard then revealed this was exactly why Fauci sought a pardon from Joe Biden (who of course granted it), especially since he was previously caught under oath lying to Senator Rand Paul (R-KY) about his role in the COVID-19 pandemic.
“The thing that he denied over and over to Senator Rand Paul’s questioning under oath,” Gabbard responded. “Is it any wonder why he sought a preemptive pardon for ANYTHING, during a certain period of time, from President Biden before he left

Yuck. Continued lies on the “Covid” “origin”, from the head of our agencies charged with lying (and worse).

When is SCOTUS aka Supreme Court of the US come out and say a President cannot pardon people for crimes they have not yet been charged with or are they going to remain Supreme Clowns of the US and continue to let this go by?
Drag him back in front of Congress again. When he lies again or refuses to testify prosecute him.

The court cant just rule on its own. Someone has to bring a case to them to be heard.

typical GatewayPundit BS: they’ll NEVER be able to prove that Joe Biden did NOT grant the Fauci pardon; whether it was signed by autopen or not is relevant as long as Biden approved the pardon, and of course any “investigation” would end the moment Biden said “yes, i granted Anthony a full Pardon.” ... period ... end of story ...

Yes, he will be a whipping boy for all things Covid (and he should be), but I can’t see him being prosecuted.
Trump doesn’t want to do it and Fauci will play up the “old and infirm” card if the publicity gets too hot
Subpoena him to testify before congress. He will commit new crimes in his testimony.
Extradite to other countries where he does not have immunity. He killed millions worldwide.

I agree with you there is little chance Fauci is ever criminally tried for his role in Covid, what you can do to him that would really destroy him is to publicly ridicule and put all the blame on him. Besides all the money he’s made from being paid off from drug companies, the thing he lives for is the adulation of others, if you could destroy his reputation, you could destroy him, basically make his life a living hell.
In my mind he’s no better than Josef Mengele, Fauci has probably had a hand in killing and injuring far more people than Mengele ever thought about.
IF Fauci’s pardon is valid, that wouldn’t apply to charges from a state or foreign nation for his crimes against humanity. He should be charged somewhere quickly.
