FJB moron.
She has been released because she is not a physical threat to anyone. That’s routine on every case pretty much short of murder or some other charge not involving serious bodily harm to a specific victim.
Keep in mind that this judge would not have been arrested without a warrant issued by a Federal Judge.
She’s going to be prosecuted by the DOJ. Her arrest also sends a strong message to all judges in the country. State courts cannot protect her.
The USSC had better get with it and do the right thing regarding these judges or we’re headed to anarchy.
About time the lawless criminal “judges” were arrested, starting with the gangster loving “judge” in NM yesterday.
xxxxxxxxxxxxxx
they’re arresting a judge a day this week
how long can they keep this going?
Okay, Patel has just gained credibility with me.
Bondi is still a mess, though.
Keep the conga line moving.
Nothing is going to happen. She’s already been released. At most, they’ll issue some vague recommendation for judicial discipline. Kash Patel is far too feckless for this job.
><
She was released but her trial date has not been set. She will be prosecuted.
She looks like a total retard.
Dream on!
But will Blondi prosecute and persecute?
Nobody’s above the law. That’s what they tell us, anyway.
She already is.
Indeed justice served
this is causing a great deal of frothing at the mouth from the usual retard suspects
“Prosecute” is legal. “Persecute” is what happened to the J6 folks who were at the capitol-and what pres Trump puts up with every day through lawfare and rogue judges and dems in congress. Putting personal desires for revenge aside, I don’t want any judges or any other person committing a crime “persecuted”-a legal “prosecution” and penalty will do just fine-we are not dems who do not follow the law...
Absolutely! Way past time to make these judges respect the rule of law they arrogantly impose on others.
We arrest enough of these garbage judges, the other garbage judges will shut their mouths and stop interfering.
We have a mass insurrection of legal @$$holes trying to obstruct the government in its lawful performance of its duties.
Persecution always is tougher on the perp than the prosecution; persecution tends to set an example for other would be perps - no matter the legal outcome.
Worked in the good old days
Did not see anything about Blondi bringing a federal case against the perp.
This is not the 19th century-being Hispanic, I would prefer frontier justice and stone cold venganza myself-but for the last 150 or so years, that-and persecution-have been almost a guarantee to lose your case in court. I’d rather the perp just be prosecuted, and see the case be appeal-proof. Maybe throw in some public censure online-to keep them from finding a good job, too...
