Select Language The Administration Has the Right to Treat the Hot Air Class as Corrupt .By Rob SmithApril 23, 2025 The Administration Has the Right to Treat the Hot Air Class as CorruptDavid Veksler “To consider the judges as the ultimate arbiters of all constitutional questions is a very dangerous doctrine indeed, and one which would place us under the despotism of an oligarchy.”
– Thomas Jefferson in a letter to Abigail Adams, 1804.
I’ve never believed the January 6 protest was an “insurrection,” but when prosecutors and judges engage in lawfare for overt political purposes, that is an insurrection. When the public loses all respect for the judiciary, society can become ungovernable. In their wild and frankly unhinged hatred of President Trump, members of the federal judiciary are engaging in a dangerous game of overreach—substituting their political preferences for the rule of law.
Unchecked power leads to despotism, and it warrants a much-needed smackdown. There’s a reason Alexander Hamilton wrote this in Federalist Paper No. 78: “The judiciary has no influence over either the sword or the purse.” He knew that unbridled judicial power could one day force future presidents to tell the courts to F-off. And if the executive branch ignores them, there’s nothing the judiciary can do. For the judiciary’s authority to be respected, it needs legitimacy, which can only be achieved through sober thinking and restraint.
The idea that just one out of 673 federal district judges can enjoin presidential policy decisions to enforce personal politics is gross overreach. There have been over 170 lawsuits filed against the Trump administration’s every move—almost all in carefully selected forums in front of left-wing radical judges. There’s even evidence some of these judges are subverting federal court rules to ensure certain cases land in their laps. Pure and simple—this is sabotage.
Agreed and the Constitution does not sanction such.
fired individuals will be replaced by the same or possible worse. unless a fraction are jailed, there are no lessons to be learned...
That Jefferson was sure one smart and prescient fellow, wasn’t he?
It was a time of a shaft of true enlightenment timed perfectly with the forming of our miraculously just and free nation - none ever like it really. A gift from On High.
Article IV, Section 4. Enforce it.
Trump should state publicly that his Administration will ignore all such injunctions from District courts.
Force Roberts to do his damned job.

Every judge who abuses their position with preposterous attempts to usurp executive or legislative powers degrades the authority of ALL the judiciary in the eyes of the public they are supposed to serve without bias.
Since “Brave Sir Roberts” found his pair only when it was handy to oppose the President he should be the leading example of Congress replacing a judge compromised by hubris or outside forces.
I doubt that any of these activists or DEI morons, packed onto the courts by Obama and Biden, have ever even READ the Constitution.
