This is what the ACLU and some federal judges including Charlotte Sweeney claim is not an “invasion” or “predatory incursion” by a hostile regime.

This is Trump’s best polling issue .
He is underwater on economy and right track wrong track.
Libs are dumbarse.
Yes, but once again, they are winning,
Deportations:
Clinton 12.3 million no media
GW bush - 4.7 million no media
Obama - 2.5 million no media
Trump - 2 million
Biden - 4.6 Million no media
Trump Second Term - 130k. He’s Hitler according to the media.
Bkmk
30 million illegals getting food stamps free hotel rooms, free Medicaid. But some people post more about hating H1-B visa workers, who all PAY TAXES, not a single H1-B worker in prison or on welfare.
His right track/wrong track numbers are fantastic. Right track is almost never over 50%, it was wrong track about 70% in January. Trump’s at around 42-4% right track, a fantastic number.
Wake up ya damn fool.

Tren de Aragua is not a foreign nation or government and nothing TdA does can be an invasion or predatory incursion by a foreign nation or government.
50 U.S.C. 21 (AEA) "Whenever there is a declared war between the United States and any foreign nation or government, or any invasion or predatory incursion is perpetrated, attempted, or threatened against the territory of the United States by any foreign nation or government...."
Look up Poncho Villa. He was not a government or nation, but we did a lot more than deport him.
To be fair, Trump has played into it with the focus on the toughest of individual gang members, the use of the El Salvador prison, complete with Noem’s tour of it, etc.
It is almost as if they wanted an immediate backlash. Where is e-verify? Shutting down of remittances? Sizable workplace raids? Prosecution for harboring illegals?
H1 visas are a problem. Just more foreigners here taking jobs from Americans and keeping wages low.
And yes, many of them end up in jail also...

No idea what Pancho Villa has to do with anything, but here ya go.
We sent Pershing and his army down there, but they couldn't find him.

Determined to bring an end to Mexico’s conflicts, de la Huerta made a direct appeal to Villa to retire from his revolutionary and political activities. In exchange for a pardon, a ranch, and a pension, Villa agreed to retire. But unfortunately for Pancho Villa, his retirement wouldn’t last long before he met a brutal death. After enjoying about three years of peace, he was gunned down by a group of assassins who shot at his car about 40 times on July 20, 1923 in Parral, Chihuahua, Mexico. He was 45 years old.
A man named Jesus Salas Barraza later confessed to killing Villa, but while he was initially sentenced to 20 years in prison, he was pardoned just six months later.
The President has the authority to declare any alien or class of aliens as dangers to the United States and summarily deport them.
Period.

Foreign workers were never a competition for me during my 40 years in Manufacturing jobs. I never saw a single H1-B worker in my outfit. May be they are all mostly in IT companies. One of my kids is a lawyer, other does clinical trials for new drugs. Neither have faced job loss from H1-B workers. Both have been in same job for 10+ years now.

No he does not, and only some imaginary law would say so. A citation to your imaginary law is invited.
They sent all their worst criminals up here.
Here’s the Act:
“An Act Concerning Aliens.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and the House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That it shall be lawful for the President of the United States at any time during the continuance of this act, to order all such aliens as he shall judge dangerous to the peace and safety of the United States, or shall have reasonable grounds to suspect are concerned in any treasonable or secret machinations against the government thereof, to depart out of the territory of the United States, within such time as shall be expressed in such order, which order shall be served on such alien by delivering him a copy thereof, or leaving the same at his usual abode, and returned to the office of the Secretary of State, by the marshal or other person to whom the same shall be directed. And in case any alien, so ordered to depart, shall be found at large within the United States after the time limited in such order for his departure, and not having obtained a license from the President to reside therein, or having obtained such license shall not have conformed thereto, every such alien shall, on conviction thereof, be imprisoned for a term not exceeding three years, and shall never after be admitted to become a citizen of the United States…”
Read it and weep.

You are an embarrassment to morons. You read it and weep. No link and you failed to quote Section 6 which show that said Act expired in 1800. Below is the full Act of June 26, 1798 at 1 Stat 570-572, also known as The Alien Friends Act.
Try to find something that did not expire in 1800.
