Uh I think the video shows the truth
You can’t see what happens in the video, she is telling you a story and filling in the details to benefit her client.
I watched it, and you can’t see or hear the interaction. Seems innocuous, but hard to tell.
good synopsis! Btt!!
what was she thinking? everyone is on film these days.
Read the story - the only thing this proves to me is that a Grand Jury will indite a sandwich if the DA wants it....
Speaking about the incident last month, Miller clarified that she is not handicapped but was using the motorized scooter because her children wanted to ride in it.That detail appeared to be evident in the surveillance footage, as Miller was seen aggressively backing into shelves and laughing it off.
At one point, Miller even appeared to run over her four-year-old daughter's foot with one of the device's wheels, prompting another shopper to rush over and help free the child.
“The woman should be charged with filing a false report.”
AND for using a handicap cart for “joyriding”.
Nothing to be sorry about it fits.
B+
Why not bonded out?

Bitch probably parks in a handicap parking space also.
“Glamorous Georgia mom...”
HUH? Maybe a “5”?
Give her the sentence Patel for lying about him.
And fire the idiot detectives who didn’t bother watching the video.
Same impression. Her actions and reactions were off from the get-go.
And there never was any evidence that this man did what they claimed he did and yet he was arrested and even indicted by a grand jury. Anyone involved with arresting the man, and then holding him without evidence should suffer severe consequences for violating this mans constitutional rights. Any member of that grand jury that indicted this man should be barred from ever serving on a jury ever again. And their names should be published. In a he said she said situation then no one is guilty without further evidence.
My husband is on supplemental oxygen 24/7, so always needs to use a cart, due to the large area shopping would encompass for him. The Wal-Marts in our area almost always have one available, because they have so many. I even had to use one a couple of times when I had some weird pain and mobility issue going on in my leg, but I have to say, almost everyone I see in the carts is so morbidly obese that it’s a miracle they can walk from a handicap parking space to the entryway to get a cart; I would say 99% weigh between 350 and 500 lbs. I try to feel compassionate towards them; even though they’ve obviously gotten themselves in that shape, because they would not be able to shop if they couldn’t use a cart. We’re in Oklahoma; I don’t know if this is the case in every area.
Sounds like grounds for a big compensation suit against the police and DA. Wrongful incarceration is terrible, especially when such important Brady material is withheld through such negligence.
I thought that name was familiar. Thanks.
So her middle name is Walterette?
If you were on the jury and saw that Store video would you find the man guilty of attempted kidnapping, child endangerment?
