With dementia, his filter is not working and he’s just telling the truth of what he’s thought all of his life. He’s always been a racist.
My greatest disappointment of the Biden years was that he never publicly discussed the volatile political situation in Niger.

Amazing old Joe managed to speak for nearly a half hour with only occasional memory lapses and mental wandering. His long winded stories about his past days in Scranton can be characteristic of dementia patients who can often remain lucid about past events, but are befuddled about anything contemporary. I would suspicion Joe was well medicated both during and after prior to the event. His facial expressions still show a hollowness as he squints to read his teleprompter . It is frightening to think that this man was Commander in Chief and had control of our nuclear forces.
They've gone through a lot of name chances over the years.
From nǝggers, to negroes, to coloreds, to blacks, to Afro-Americans, to POCs, and I probably missed a few.
When biden was a boy (a young white male as opposed to a negro adult male) colored was the polite term.
With his advanced dementia, I'm willing to cut him a little slack here. Hes lost his present and is dying in his past.
