(Focal Points) — On April 8, 2025, the Vires Law Group, in collaboration with the Former Feds Group Freedom Foundation, submitted formal criminal referral requests to the Attorneys General of Arizona and Pennsylvania. These filings urge state prosecutors to open criminal investigations into Dr. Anthony Fauci and other prominent public health and government officials for alleged crimes committed during the COVID-19 pandemic.

The referrals are based on detailed evidence—including the stories of over 80 victims and families—and allege that policies such as lethal hospital protocols, the denial of life-saving treatments, and systemic medical coercion led to widespread injury and death.
Similar filings have been submitted on behalf of constituents in Florida, Louisiana, Texas, Missouri, and Oklahoma, marking a coordinated nationwide effort to pursue justice through state and local authorities:

At the time of the release, two county-level criminal investigations are reportedly already underway in other states. The legal teams and victims involved assert that accountability must come through state or local prosecution, given the lack of federal action. These filings represent a significant national effort to seek justice on behalf of families who lost loved ones and were denied proper care during the pandemic.

Nothing will happen. Carry on.
What are the mechanics of the action of multiple states seeking charges? Do thet have to go to each state to face those charges?
Fauci could gain a lot with a milage club card.
This is our new guy as PA-AG just elected.
Pardon?
Presidential pardons only cover Federal Charges. State Charges would bring action in any state that files those charges. This could keep Fauci very busy and his attorney’s very rich.
So, this is nothing more than an publicity stunt from the homeopathic grifters at The Wellness Center, ie, McCullough. If anything, McCullough is guilty of fraudulent practice of medicine causing unnecessary deaths and sickness.
Fauci deserves his beagle treatment. How is this evil individual still alive. When he is discontinued, it will be a better day for civilization.
Fauxi should be taken into protective custody at midnight for his own safety, by a FIB squad with FoxNews shining kleig lights plus drones and news helicopters.
Dave Sunday is the schizzle.
Let’s rush that ruling that Joe Biden did irrational things due to not being of sound mind when he or his pen signed the orders to Fauci and others to get pardons.
It’s true the Dems gloated about that being true about lawfare against Trump.
Dems and talking heads on MSNBC said “Ha, if someone pardons Trump, even himself, it doesn’t count for the state and local trials we have coming up.”
91 total indictments as of early 2023.
Good. These crooks need to see some serious prison time.
Ping to Fauci behind bars moves.
Nail them if the evidence is true. It seems to me that they should be thrown into the dumpster.
YAY!
Hope this gets legs
