Erik Prince Shreds the ‘Weak Russia’ Myth
X ^ | 4/10/29025 | Eric Prince

The Blackwater PMC founder has repeatedly SLAMMED Western claims that Russia’s military has been "weakened" by the Ukraine war. Here are his key statements:

“Don’t listen to idiot politicians that say we’ve degraded the Russian army. No, we have chewed up a lot of material. The Russian army has gotten infinitely smarter.”

Russia is adapting, not crumbling

The Russians are very good at Electronic Warfare. Javelins, HIMARS, and Copperheads works for a week or two, and [they] figure out how to jam the navigation or command link, and [US weapons] go blind

If you shot at a Russian with artillery in March or April 2022, it took them 90 minutes to shoot back accurately. Now, about two minutes.

[Unnecessary Provocation on the Russian Borders] The fact is, they (Russians) did the heavy lifting defeating the nazis. When you move all those NATO countries right up to Russia's border, they said. There's more unfriendly militaries on our border than any time since May 1941.

The Russian army is significantly better now, more lethal, than they were when they started

Conclusion Russia’s not just holding ground, it’s learning fast, countering Western tech, and outpacing expectations.

“Conclusion Russia’s not just holding ground, it’s learning fast, countering Western tech, and outpacing expectations.”

One of the many reasons that I opposed this war as this was expected due to Russia NOT having any DEI or anything close to it, DESPITE having huge numbers of minorities in their country.

The US is really proud of D-Day and the Battle of the Bulge and such. And those were amazing moments of bravery and competence. But the Nazis were defeated by the Soviets. They were willing to sacrifice a lot of men, and they got a lot smarter over time. In 1945, the Soviet army was extremely good. They just needed time to get their act together.

After fighting the West in Ukraine for 3 or 4 years, I think the Russians are a force to be reckoned with.

The outcry against all things Russian is nothing more than a continuation of the RussiaGate crappola. By the same people for the same reasons. Dems pulled this crappola to hurt DJT and lied and lied their way into it.
If the same people are talking up the “heroism” of Ukraine don’t forget who the Canadian Parliament honored a few years back for fighting “Russia”. He wasn’t fighting Russia, he was fighting the USSR as he was a Nazi wearing the uniform of the Waffen SS. These same people are profiting off the military carppola sold and the money laundering associated with that.

Yes, this proxy war (globalists against a nation) will show what weapons Russia can’t make work. But, it will also train them to make SOMETHING work in case the globalists tell NATO to invade.

Without the US and UK's efforts against the Nazis I question if the Soviets could have won.

Consdider:

Without the Strategic Bombing Campaign all those planes, guns, men, ammo are now freed up to fight against the Soviets.

Without the need to fight in North Africa all those men and tanks are freed up to fight the Soviets.

Without the need to defend against an Allied invasion all of those resources are freed up to fight against the Soviets.

Now, take away all of our Lend Lease to the Soviets. No trucks. No Jeeps. No canned food and a whole bunch of other stuff.

AND, this is the biggie....IF Hitler had listened to his generals in the initial invasion they possibly could have gained Moscow before the winter further crippling the Soviets.

Well, we’ll find out this summer which of the conflicting positions on this matter was accurate.

I thought up a potential solution to that problem for cruise missiles back in the '80s: Make a pair of chips for each missile directing a spread spectrum frequency hopping routine that would synchronize between missile and guidance system. Install those chips when preparing to fire.

If I recall correctly, they received a LOT of American technical help to build the tanks and trucks they needed.

But the actual conversation is really about 2025 and the Russian army in Ukraine. They’re good. They learned a lot. This is their pattern. Whether or not we sent them trucks in the 1940s is really missing the point. The Russian army in 2025 should not be underestimated.

I don't disagree. They're smart people and not AFU with DEI. Russian weapons have always delivered a lot of bang for ruble. They do take risks with regard to manufacturing quality, but then they don't go overboard with it either the way we do.

Doesn’t mean he’s not also right in this specific claim.

He’s generally good on the diagnosis and suspect on the prescription.

“Russia is adapting, not crumbling”

They are recalling their old WWII tanks from third world countries.

And again, for about 10 years the Russians were the only way for US astronauts to reach the ISS. Operative word — ONLY.

A rational society would have been humiliated by this. Though if the media doesn’t tell them, they are not even smart enough to be humiliated.

Perhaps we should put the national egos aside and just acknowledge that it was a joint effort, and perhaps neither side would have been able to defeat the Nazis alone.

Zeepers were running around shrieking "Russia is on the verge of collapse" (version 14) a few weeks ago. And so of course the next round of news was that actually Russia was adding an additional 15 divisions to their army. Zeepers have been so wonderfully wrong every step of the way it's amazing.

For months Russia has been hammering Ukraine with fiber optic drones that can't be jammed, while Ukraine countered with a handful of prototypes in response. Yesterday the Military Summary Channel commented that an Iskander destroyed the Ukrainian factory where they were starting to build fiber optic drones in quantity. Westerners are kidding themselves when they claim Russia is weak or backwards.

I’m taking this with a pretty big grain of salt. When the war started, I thought Russia would completely overrun Ukraine in about 5-10 days, yet here they are three years later seeming stuck in a stalemate.

I wonder how many Russian troops are on the border with Poland, Finland, Latvia, etc?
