Probably can’t do that but he could ban pens from the Senate so nothing can be signed into law.

Not likely to pass Senate

The bill would pass with a simple Senate majority but to get to a vote in the Senate, you'd need to get through Democrat and Rino filibusters - which requires 60 votes to break. The Senate filibuster rule is the obstacle.

The GOP controls the Senate, and the concept of nationwide injunctions is a travesty - almost unheard of until the first Trump presidential term. The Senate RINOs need to be hearing about this from their constituents.

The best course is for the Supreme Court to straighten out these “shopped” Federal judges.

Attach it to a tariff bill. The ones who are really worried about this is Russia. Oil goes any lower, Russia will have to pull out of Ukraine.

Why only district judges? Need to go higher.

Yeah I doubt it gets past the deep state Rino’s in the Senate. But we will see.

The filibuster is being abused. They were once rare and difficult to maintain. Now they are routine. It is time to get rid of it or to return to the old rule: a Senator had to speak on the floor for the entire time without any breaks and without any other business being conducted.

Yep, we’ll know which ones to primary once they vote.

The best course is for the Supreme Court to straighten out these “shopped” Federal judges.

There will be little or no help from the Supreme Court.

They have a 5-4 progressive majority on critical issues, such as Judicial Supremacy. Roberts has trodden cautiously here, but if it comes to a showdown, he will push the Democrat line.

He might get Kagan, Jackson, Sotomayor, and Barret to go along with that. Legal arguments will mean nothing when their feelings are engaged.

Better for Congress to pass laws which settle the matter without ambiguity. With Executive and Congressional branches against them, the Courts will fold.

No...cuz those laws can be changed...

This is exactly why the Supreme Court exists.

Unless the GOP voted to make this bill part of the "Reid Rule" and not subject to the filibuster. This would only require a simple majority.

This is exactly why the Supreme Court exists.

The notion of Judicial Supremacy, in which the Supreme Court can override both the Executive and Legislative branches, is the root of the current problem.

Judges are supposed to interpret the laws, not make them.

We have judges making up orders based on no laws whatever and demanding the other branches obey their orders. This is not going to stand.

We also have insane legislators making up absurd laws which are impossible to obey and directly harmful to the general population. This is not going to stand.

We have an enormous government bureaucracy at all levels, which members regard themselves as independent of all controls from Executive, Judicial, or Legislative branches. This is not going to stand.

We live in the times where the fecal matter is hitting the rotary impeller. It is difficult to stay out of splatter range.

I was checking that pesky constitution thingie and right there in black and white...
The senate is controlled by the Vice President... he actually presides over the senate...
Why can’t he order this to the floor for a vote?

It would be a lot easier just to take their funding away. This is not going to pass the Senate.

The current makeup of the Court and how it’s been deciding cases lately? Not likely to happen.
