The Republican plan to dismantle the Affordable Care Act

Everyone is talking about Republicans’ proposed Medicaid cuts, but hardly anyone is calling this what it really is: the strategy by Elon Musk, President Trump, and the Republican Party to dismantle the Affordable Care Act, one piece at a time.

The ACA, a historic piece of legislation that extended health coverage to millions of Americans, celebrated its 15th anniversary on March 23. Signed by President Barack Obama in 2010, the ACA expanded Medicaid and provided subsidies so that more working and middle-class Americans could have access to our expensive and complicated health care system. The law also made it illegal to drop or deny coverage to those with preexisting conditions and allowed children to stay on their parents’ coverage until age 26.

Simply remove all of the crazy mandates that Obamacare forces on the entire nation, mandates that make costs explode. And allow competition in all aspects of health care and insurance.

The GOP needs to keep fixing the Senate and get rid of the dead wood.
There are at least 15 who could die at any moment and are just hanging on.

All I know is I used to pay under $500 a month for a PPO plan and now it costs over $2200 and that’s not even the “Cadillac” plan. I could have a real Cadillac for that money.

1). It is Obama Care and Hussein went on TV to proclaim such.

2). It was signed into law March 2009 and millions of people began losing their jobs and businesses.

It’s not healthcare. It’s a tax.

Healthcare is expensive and complicated because government made it that way. If it was straightforward and understandable, it would be cheaper overall. Example: Who would voluntarily pay premiums for a health insurance policy every month for forty years or more before being able to use it, then, when it finally kicked in, it wasn’t full coverage?

It’s not affordable.

It’s not about care.

It’s about finishing off both the private insurance market and independent medical practice.

It was never affordable and it doesn’t guarantee care. It’s an act.

ACA is just another scheme to defraud and squeeze the middle class and their employers - for the sake of Marxist social engineering and grifting for their government unions.

Wife and I pay nearly $20K in monthly rates and deductibles for a “bronze” plan.

Met some recent arrivals/migrants recently who simply declared minimum income on their income taxes, and pay NOTHING for “Obamacare” health insurance - which is still above Government medicaid.

Everyone is talking about Republicans’ proposed Medicaid cuts

Why?

It's not MEDICARE. Which retirees have paid for over their working lives and continue to pay for every month out of their Social Security benefits.

It's MEDICAID. It's the bullshit freebie medical care and hospitalization giveaway program, paid for with taxpayer dollars, for every creep who is on welfare and refuses to work, or is grossly overweight, or breaks into the country and promptly pushes out an anchor baby or two.

They do it just out of an abundance of caution.

These invaders are smart.

The ACA was meant to not work properly and be the rallying cry for the socialist medicine push. It has become the third rail like Medicare/Medicaid and Social Security.

Thats because they need you to pay for the Health Insurance of those that do not have the money for Health Insurance mostly because of their bad decisions in life.

This is how Democrats institute Socialistic Medicine and implement the Marxist goal of equal outcomes for all!

From what I’ve read Obama gets a kickback from the ACA. Isn’t that fraud?
