Judge who blocked Trump deportations took junket to event with anti-Trump speakers, sponsor

Months before he blocked President Donald Trump’s deportations of illegal alien gang members, U.S. District Court Judge James Boasberg attended a privately-funded legal conference in Idaho that featured sponsors and speakers who have expressed clear anti-Trump sentiments -- particularly on immigration -- and a theme that echoed the Democrat Party’s 2024 stated mission of saving democracy, according to a judicial ethics report.

Boasberg was one of nine Democrat-appointed judges and three Trump nominated jurists to attend the conference in ritzy Sun Valley, where two of the four sessions were titled “Role of Judges in a Democracy” and the “State of Democracy," the report shows.

Called a "Privately Funded Seminar Disclosure Report," the document discloses that Boasberg was in attendance, but offers no details of whether Boasberg was paid for his attendance or travel, or what the remuneration was.

Overseen by the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts, the ethical rules governing federal judges require that a private entity who "issues an invitation to a federal judge to attend an educational program as a speaker, panelist, or attendee and offers to pay for or reimburse that judge, in excess of $480, must disclose financial and programmatic information." The rules do not require a specific accounting for each judge, or even how much was paid to judges at all.

Since these Tren de Aragua gang bangers were released from Venezuelan jails to terrorize to America, they are still criminals. Therefore, they should be returned to prison in Venezuela and Boaburger should be required to file for them to be extradited to his court if he feels he wants to meet them all individually.

He11, no! He will release them. The last flight not only needs to stay put, we need to send 1000s more. The judge is a totally compromised criminal.

What Trump nominated judges attended? Were they nominated this year? Or were they never approved in the last term?

It is absolutely outrageous that an Trump hating judge can override the President of the United States on a NATIONAL SECURITY ISSUE.

The fact that he is a Trump hater should disqualify him from ruling on anything that Trump does—based on that alone!

There is no assumption of impartial application of the law here at all.

The full attendance list below is in the order they appeared on Boasberg's disclosure form:

Five state-level judges —

— are also listed as being part of the Rodel Judicial Fellowship Class of 2024, but are not listed in Boasberg’s disclosure form.

This guy is on the FISA Court - appointed by Chief Justice Roberts. And when Klinesmith altered a document to say that CArter Page was NOT an intelligence asset (when it actually said that he WAS), and that was used by Boasberg to approve FISA warrants... Boasberg was so mad at being Klinesmith’s b!tch that he gave Klinesmith a slap on the wrist.

This guy should be nowhere anything having to do with national security, Trump, or the rule of law. He is the Deep State’s b!tch, period - and doesn’t mind being that, at all.

Judges are different. It’s easy to find their little conflicts because their lives are uncomplicated, unlike those of congresscritters. Big shocker. /s

Just imagine what was on that server which disappeared from Xavier Becerra’s office in d.c....

I’ve lost count of the number of stories that have shown how conflicted and biased this prick is but there he sits and his rulings are not vacated they stand like they are immaculate.

A judge with a side gig that conflicts with his day job.

Should be charged with collusion or at least denied judging the case because of self interest.

Seems to me that individual judges like this Bozoberger want to weigh onto some of these cases of illegal migrants/possible terrorists so they each get their day in court. Does anyonyone have any idea how long that might take? Maybe their objective is to get all this business delayed until Trump is no longer president & maybe we would end up with another clown like Biden. I think it’s a distinct possibility.
