I was thinking about ordering a pizza tonight, but I’m worried a federal judge will issue a TRO against it.

This Judge hack is a federal employee that has willingly and knowingly decided he will not comply with a Valid Presidential EO. Remove his federal salary. Take him into custody at 3 am and wake the neighbors when they do. This crap CANNOT be tolerated.

When will SCOTUS put a stop to undermining the Judiciary? They know this hurts the entire branch.

I didn’t vote for any judges so why do they now have more authority than the president of the United States? This all needs to be settled one way or another... Judicial tyranny or Constitutional Republic? We can’t have both.

I really hope this albatros stays front and center for the next 10 years as it’s solely hanging around the Libs’ necks.

How do they do that? What law? What procedure? (Serious questions). Roberts has already said let everything go through appeals process, which is the point of the lawfare, to slow Trump down.

*************

Unlikely. Its the Judiciary’s kneecapping of Trump. Blatant lawfare intended to check mate him.

These rogue judges are the foot soldiers of the Deep State.

The reason rulings like this stand is the institutions being sued don’t have a budget for a lawsuit. It simply isn’t possible for them to appeal. A local DA or the state’s attorney would need to appeal. They may be either Democrats or so stuck in their own legal/economic problems they can’t handle it. The medical issues rulings like this cause are yet another expense. Giving someone hormones or surgery causes unending additional expenses. What a nightmare.

Iseems that the Roberts court wants to undermine the presidency as long as POTUS is Trump, and that as long as they don’t act or weigh in pro or con all the damage can easily be undone for the next SCOTUS approved president. For them, inactivity and allowing the district courts to run rampant is a winning situation.
