The radical judge trying to stop President Trump from deporting dangerous illegal aliens has been Loomered.
As The Gateway Pundit reported, a federal judge appointed by Barack Obama issued an ’emergency’ injunction Saturday night ordering planes already in the air to turn back mid-flight to prevent the deportation of Tren De Agua members to El Salvador.
The case was brought by the Marxist, America-hating ACLU and Democracy Forward.
But the order came too late. Two flights from the U.S. carrying nearly 300 Venezuelan and other gang members landed in El Salvador despite Judge James Boasberg’s emergency order. This prompted a mocking reply from the country’s president, Nayib Bukele.
Now, independent journalist Laura Loomer discovered a massive conflict of interest between Boasberg and his own daughter. It turns out Katherine Boasberg, the daughter, works for a far-left organization called Partners for Justice that opposes “mass incarceration” of violent criminals and strongly opposes deporting illegals, including violent felons.
Unsurprisingly, Katherine Boasberg is so woke she has pronouns in her bio.

The news gets even worse. Loomer also uncovered a screenshot showing that Katherine’s employer, Emily Galvin-Almanza, tweeted an article about Judge Boasberg blocking Trump’s deportations of Venezuelan gang members.
... On top of this, Partners for Justice receives 76% of its funding from U.S. grants. This means taxpayers are funding this conflict of interest and pro-criminal activity.
Because of this, Loomer says that Boasberg has no choice but to recuse himself, saying his family is a national security threat.

In a screenshot below, Emily Galvin-Almanza @GalvinAlmanza , the founder of “Partners for Justice” tweeted an article about Judge Boasberg blocking @realDonaldTrump ’s deportations of Venezuelan gang bangers. She employs the Judge’s daughter.
Such a close familial relationship brings into question how the judge may render decisions and how his decisions may impact the professional career of his daughter, who’s employment is based upon defending criminal illegal aliens, gang members, and opposing mass deportations.
It seems that Judge Boasberg has a clear conflict of interest & is obligated to recuse himself from this case, as outlined in the Code of Conduct for United States Judges, which specifies the circumstances under which a judge must disqualify themselves from a proceeding.
The disqualification clause states the following:
“A judge shall disqualify himself or herself in a proceeding in which the judge’s impartiality might reasonably be questioned, including but not limited to instances in which:
The judge or the judge’s spouse, or a person related to either within the third degree of relationship, or the spouse of such a person is:
Known by the judge to have an interest that could be substantially affected by the outcome of the proceeding.”
The mass deportation of criminal illegal aliens and gang members could lead to a substantial reduction in urban crime rates, potentially decreasing the caseload for Partners for Justice, while also reducing gang-related incidents that may, in turn, diminish funding opportunities for Partners For Justice from U.S. government grants and private foundations.

From my experience in post-Soviet 1990s Russia/Ukraine and China - every government official with any power had a child/relative working in a related business, collecting money and favors channeled from Government.
It seems Washington DC is no different.

Partners for Justice Inc Return of Organization Exempt From Income TaxPresident of the "charity" was paid $ 124,423 according to this 2023 filing. She is Emily Galvin as mentioned in the Gateway Pundit article, with Katherine Boasberg as "Capacity Building Associate."
Part IX, line 7 shows that this "charity" paid over $ 3 million in salaries and wages, and another $ 406,821 in "other employee benefits." Their travel expenses for this "charity" were another $ 363,822, such that the total expenses for this "charity" gobbled up MOST of the donations funding it.
The web site says if its activities: "We embed specialty-trained teams within public defender offices to meet housing, employment, educational, health and mental health needs for clients."
The website's address turns out likely to be a mail box in a temp office company at that address, in which 976 tenants are "registered."

The sublime arrogance of these leftists is still stunning to me... despite having observed their words, actions and deeds for decades. I suppose my only excuse in still being surprised ... is that they have most definitely ramped up their leftist activism against Trump over the past decade. They never showed just how bad they were back then, and I WAS paying attention.
Bottom line, we’re in the battle and fight of our lives right now. Not hyperbole. This time it’s for all the marbles, since ... if they manage to seize power again... by any means necessary (their standard method)... they will never allow their power to be lost again.
