On Saturday, Judge James Boasberg, an Obama-appointee, granted a temporary restraining order (TRO) to stop the Trump administration from deporting thousands of Venezuelan nationals under the Alien Enemies Act.
Far-left America-hating leftist groups such as the ACLU and Democracy Forward, rushed to a DC court in a desperate bid to shield dangerous illegal aliens from deportation.
Judge Boasberg was only too happy to slap his name on this anti-American court order to halt the deportation of dangerous illegals who are notorious for taking over apartment buildings in Colorado. Boasberg does not care about violent illegal aliens flooding the streets of America.
On Sunday, investigative reporter Julie Kelly wrote about the deranged side of Judge Boasberg.
This same Obama judge who is filing retraining orders to keep Venezuelan gang members from jail -- worked diligently to jail every January 6 defendant using a bogus made-up charge that was eventually overturned by the Supreme Court.
Julie Kelly: James Boasberg, along with 16 DC judges, signed off on the unlawful use of 1512c2--the corporate fraud obstruction statute--against J6ers.
He presided over 70 J6 cases, both guilty pleas and conviction at trial. In nearly every instance, Boasberg imposed prison time even for the petty offense of "parading" in the Capitol.
He sent 60-year-old Sandra Weyer, a woman from Pennsylvania who committed no violence on Jan 6, to 14 months in federal prison on the unlawful 1512c2 count.
After denying several defense motions including change of venue, Boasberg convicted Cynthia Ballenger after a brief bench trial of the 4 common misdemeanors. He then sent her to federal prison for four months.
He sentenced former NYPD officer Sara Carpenter to 22 months in federal prison on the unlawful obstruction count, nonviolent civil disorder, and misdemeanors.
I could go on (and might later.)
Boasberg with gusto threw the book at Americans exercising their 1A rights on Jan 6 then denied J6ers other constitutional rights to ensure convictions and imprisonment.
But now he's going to bat for illegals suspected of ties to a dangerous foreign gang.
Judge Boasberg was assigned as the top judge in the FISA Court in early 2020. One of his first actions was to appoint David Kris, an Obama-era national security leader to review the reforms the FBI will be making to its FISA application process. This caused concerns since the Obama gang had broken FISA laws when it illegally spied on President Trump and others during Obama's reign of terror in office. (David Kris is an anti-Trump activist who wrote several articles at “Lawfareblog” lying about Rep. Devin Nunes and President Trump.)
Then Boasberg delayed the sentencing for the only individual in the Deep State who pleaded guilty to crimes in the totally corrupt and criminal Trump - Russia sham nightmare, Kevin Clinesmith.
Then after the election and knowing the steal was in for Biden, Obama-appointed Boasberg let Clinesmith off with probation, not even a slap on the wrist.
This is the same lawless Trump-hater who is pushing to rescue Venezuelan gang members from prison!
Maniacal DC Obama Judges Beryl Howell and her running dog James Boasberg - a picture of pure liberal insanity.
This low I.Q. maggot needs to be locked up. He’s a real far-left activist sicko.
That man belongs in prison.
In EL Salvador.....................
I increasingly think that AI should be built to decide court cases instead of a judge. I think we might need human judges to review the AI decisions as a potential fail-safe, but I would expect that to be a type of appeal.
While it is likely (even certain) that AI systems that are theoretically designed to be impartial may still end up being flawed, it will NEVER be as biased and political as our current “justice” system.
And a national AI system for court rulings would eliminate the whole problem of “Trump is on trial in Washington DC. Guess he’s totally screwed.” Geography and jury pools should not matter.
President Trump and Homan will win this one...
AI can be programmed to have bias against the Constitution. It is not the panacea all think it is. It is still a process reliant on human input.

The left brought the hardened criminals into the USA. The left didn’t lift a finger to kick them out. The left wants them to stay.
So the left wants hardened criminals to rape, assault, kill and steal from Americans.

The U.S. Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court
“The FISC is composed of 11 experienced federal district judges who are designated by the Chief Justice of the United States for this part-time assignment. As such, each FISC judge has been nominated by the President and confirmed by the Senate to serve as a district judge.”
Lindsey Graham voted for him.
Never forget that.

I agree.
I do think a layer of humans should review AI decisions. You still get Obama judges and Trump judges disagreeing over whether the AI went off the rails with a particular decision, but that might be lessened.
If an AI shows a bias against the Second Amendment, or against Christian organizations, or anything else, that should be flagged quickly and re-programming should be required. Then, as a SW test, re-run the new AI model against the previous case that the AI “got wrong”. The new ruling should be better (less biased) than the previous ruling.
But a huge percentage of court cases should go right out the window with a truly logical decision-making process. Have you read the Second Amendment? OK — all gun control laws just got obliterated. Have you read the 10th Amendment? OK — 95% of what the federal government does just got obliterated.
Remove the humans (who decide things because: reasons) and replace them with a well-programmed machine that just reads the laws and understands the law. That would be a big improvement.

Life appointment correct?
All federal judgeships are...............
He looks a little off.
Maybe he needs a tune-up.
