An illegal alien has been arrested in New York for viciously beating his two-month-old baby daughter to death. Marlon Rabanales-Pretzantzin, 20, a native of Guatemala, slapped baby Liseyda Rabanales-Barrios in the face before punching her in the stomach, violently shaking her, throwing her on a bed and pressing his fist into her chest.
According to a report from The New York Post, the baby was left with ribcage injuries and a fractured vertebrae in her neck “as a result of being shook.”
Rabanales-Pretzantzin claimed that he had grown hostile towards the newborn because he did not believe that she was actually his.
Nassau County Detective Lieutenant Scott Skrynecki told The Post, “although he is listed as the father on the birth certificate, he suspects that he is not the father so he lost affection for the baby and felt some kind of animosity.”
Someone at the home, it is unclear who, called 911 and claimed that the baby had rolled off the bed.
The alien was arrested by the Inwood Police on Wednesday and charged with murder.
Rabanales-Pretzantzin entered the United States illegally in 2022.
“What he did to this kid is unthinkable,” Nassau County Police Detective Captain Stephen Fitzpatrick said during a press conference on Thursday.
“We are all quite upset about this arrest and infuriated that this individual was even in this country to begin with.”
Rabanales-Pretzantzin was previously apprehended by Border Patrol, but released back into the United States. He is currently being held without bail in Nassau County.

He should be tried in Guatemala, not the United States.
Apprehended by border patrol but then released back into the country w*f. How many of these people are and will be charged with a crime that sentences them to life in prison and where we are left with the bill for the rest of these criminal foreigners lives?

By the way, New York does not have the death penalty. But sometimes the inmates do. Because they sure don’t like baby killers.

It is horrible and should get death not life in prison, if he even gets that. But I wonder if he was a woman how many on the left would rally to the defense claiming they weren’t responsible because of postpartum depression.

Killing another male’s offspring is common throughout the animal kingdom. It ensures the female will come into season sooner and can be impregnated by the new male.

Ask how children of a prior marriage are treated- the new comes home and ‘her’ children are left to relatives or, worse, to fend for themselves.

This is what society begets when we cheapen life to the point of absurdity. Aside from the unspeakable cruelty of the killer, how is this different from a (very) late term abortion? The only possible upside of this tragedy is that the killer will suffer an epically long and painful death at the hands of his peers.
