Shocking audio has emerged revealing how a radical DEI activist allegedly tried to help minority candidates cheat on an entrance exam and put lives in danger in the process.
The Daily Mail on Wednesday reported that Shelton Snow, a key figure in the National Black Coalition of Federal Aviation Employees (NBCFAE), vowing to tell the minorities advance answers to the entry exam.
“There are some valuable pieces of information that I have taken a screenshot of, and I am going to send that to you via email,” he told the candidates.
“I’m gonna send it to each of you, and as you progress through the stages, refer to those images so that you will know which icons you should select, he continues. “Now I have a good mind to send it to one of my HR representatives first and give them the opportunity to sign off on it before you actually click it.”
“I am about 99.99 percent sure that it is exactly how you need to answer each question,” he added.

As The Mail notes, Snow also says that several people have been getting rejection notices, and he wants to avoid this.
The information was made available back in 2014 to minority candidates but whites were excluded. But until now, it has been widely hidden from the public.
One former member of NBCFAE, Matthew Douglas, provided some more disturbing information to the Daily Mail today. He said that multiple individuals not only took Snow up on his offer, but some of these people are still flying planes today.

The bimbos and pretentious ‘men’ of the MSM will ignore this story.
The exam was a worthless bit of manipulation designed to eliminate white men and airplane geeks in general. I.e. social studies being your best subject in high school was worth more points than science being your best subject.
Helping black applicants cheat on the test produced more black candidates, but that might have actually improved the quality of the candidate pool, boosting the black airplane geeks who might have otherwise been eliminated.
Disregarding the whole integrity thing.
I hope it’s not too late to charge and prosecute this idiot.

IIRC, he’s talking about the ‘biographical assessment.’
It wasn’t an “exam” or an aptitude test.
It was a questionnaire about a candidate’s background. It was first created in the 1960s.
It was meant to screen for candidates who were most likely to complete the ATC training program.
It was the questionnaire that certain ‘white’ and other candidates claim was biased in favor of ‘African Americans.’
But, in fact, black candidates also were complaining about the assessment. At the time, they were claiming that many qualified black candidates were not passing it.
It’s gotten so I don’t even bother to look.
