President Trump is meeting the leader of Ireland today. .

A man who :

- Tried to impose hate speech laws.

- Made Irish people second class citizens under law by introducing hate crime laws.

- Flooded Ireland with immigrants .

- Admitted breaking the economy in 2008.

- Doesn't believe in Irish sovereignty.

- Imposed the longest lockdown in the EU.

- Activated nationwide digital surveillance of the entire population, which remains ongoing.

I don't expect the Americans to attack him in front of cameras but this tyrant needs to be pulled up on what he's doing to Ireland.

Had the hate speech bill passed, police would have been able to barge into X HQ in Dublin and seize devices from staff and management.

That needs to be addressed.

The fact that Ireland established a Media Commission to police the Internet needs to be addressed.

...

On the upside he did take Rosie O'Donnell of our hands

...

He just said, the biggest problem in Ireland is housing and I was thinking, ya because of the immigration crisis, hypocrite

...

Rosie will enjoy the Islamication and loss of freedom in Ireland. Have a nice life.

To make sure he or she or it guarantees he or she or it will never allow Rosie O’Donut to board a flight or ship back to America I hope.

“You must accept Rosie O’Donnell!”

That’s probably the reason for the meeting... they want to send her back!

POTUS has more than every right to speak up on many of those issues if they may imperil American citizens or American companies. If an Irishman or any European came to the US they would not face criminal charges for speech of any kind except incitement to crime, which is a very high burden to prove. Just hurting someone’s feelings or even saying you wish someone was dead is not even close to incitement. But apparently in the EU those and even more benign comments can land you in prison. And heaven forbid you criticize or insult, even without intention, a protected class of people.

If they want to have those crazy laws, if they don’t want to protect speech and thought and debate, fine. They can screw themselves. But they need to exempt Americans from speech laws, especially if the speech was made online while in the US, and they need to stop all investigations, fines and penalties imposed on American social media companies related to content that is not incitement to crime, or outright crime et selling drugs or worse type stuff online.

Some of this is economic conflict and some of it is ideological conflict but in both instance POTUS can and should speak out in the best interests of Americans and American enterprises. That’s very much is part of the job.

Ireland’s political power elite is one of the most anti=American, anti=Western on earth.

I doubt that anyone, including even President Trump, can reform, clean it up it there

but we will see...

They’ve supported leftist extremists since the 1960s when the IRA, the PLO, and the Libyans were closely associated.

Why even bother with the meeting? After all, whenever a worldwide crisis occurs, no one, and I mean no one, asks “I wonder what Ireland’s going to do?”
(stolen from somewhere and I’d give attribution if I could remember it.)

Trump is going to shame him into accepting Gazans. They’re being conquered by the Caliphate anyway.

Aren’t they the only country on the planet that had a bigger population in 1840 than they do today, 185 years later?

It’s so nice to have an engaged president again. Trump had some harsh words with him without being mean. He was very diplomatic.
