A secret resistance agreement between 14 states to conduct coordinated lawfare against DOGE and Elon Musk was obtained by the Oversight Project.

DOGE says it has saved approximately $105 billion in a “combination of asset sales, contract/lease cancellations and renegotiations, fraud and improper payment deletion, grant cancellations, interest savings,” and other workforce reductions.

The Democrats are angry that DOGE is saving American taxpayers money, so they devised a scheme to stop Elon Musk and his team.

There are currently nearly a dozen lawsuits challenging DOGE over its authority, data access, and privacy laws.

The agreement obtained by the Oversight Project was signed less than a month after DOGE was created.

“The Parties have agreed that they have a common interest in developing legal strategies to challenge the creation and actions of the Department of Government Efficiency (“DOGE”) and a common interest in existing or future investigative, regulatory, administrative, and judicial actions or inactions, including but not limited to any administrative or judicial proceedings related to or arising from those legal strategies (“Matters of Common Interest”),” the document stated.

The agreement revealed plans between New Mexico, California, Michigan, Massachusetts and other blue states to develop legal strategies to wage war on DOGE and “the actions by Elon Musk.”

“This Common Interest Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into by and between the States of New Mexico, Arizona, Michigan, California, Connecticut, Hawai’i, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nevada, Oregon, Rhode Island, Vermont, and Washington and State Democracy Defenders Fund (the “Parties”). The Parties have agreed that they have a common interest in developing legal strategies to challenge the creation and actions of the Department of Government Efficiency (“DOGE”) and the actions of Elon Musk as a special government employee and a common interest in existing or future investigative, regulatory, administrative, and judicial actions or inactions, including but not limited to any administrative or judicial proceedings related to or arising from those legal strategies (“Matters of Common Interest”),” the document read.

RICO, the use of frivolous lawsuits to interfere with the lawful execution of the Executive office’s constitutional duties.

Per Article II the Executive office is required to do such audits from time to time.

It’s a judicial coup.

The folk mentioned in this article are simply manufacturing the ammunition by which the conspirators in the judicial branch will use to attempt to shoot down the executive branch.

The US AG should motion that all cases involving these parties should be combined under 1 federal court and also have a grand jury convened to investigate them for RICO and other crimes. On each case the AG should motion for the plaintiffs to have to post sufficient bond to cover losses to the people.

Here is a pdf of the signed agreement between the states.

https://oversight.heritage.org/DOGE_Common_Interest_Agreement_NM.pdf

This smacks of an unconstitutional agreement between the states that has not been consented to by Congress.

Article I Section 9

No State shall, without the Consent of Congress, lay any duty of Tonnage, keep Troops, or Ships of War in time of Peace, enter into any Agreement or Compact with another State, or with a foreign Power, or engage in War, unless actually invaded, or in such imminent Danger as will not admit of delay.
