Volodymyr Zelensky is unraveling before our eyes. After his disastrous White House meeting with President Trump, where he was sent packing without securing more blank checks, the Ukrainian leader rushed to Twitter (X) in full-blown damage control mode. His panicked, rambling post wasn’t just an attempt to rewrite history—it was a clear psychological tell of a man who realizes he’s losing his grip on power. His words weren’t those of a strategic leader but of a man desperately clinging to relevance, trying to smooth things over after burning his last bridge with America’s future president. So, what’s really going on inside Zelensky’s head? Zelensky’s Twitter Panic: A Classic Case of Manipulation
Zelensky’s post starts with: “Ukraine is ready to come to the negotiating table as soon as possible… We want to move very fast through all next stages and work with the US to agree on a strong final deal.” Translation: I’ve run out of options, and I need to backpedal—fast.
This isn’t diplomacy. This is a man in crisis mode, trying to gaslight Trump into believing he’s suddenly reasonable, when just days ago, he arrogantly dismissed negotiations and acted as if the U.S. was obligated to fund his war indefinitely. Flattery Won’t Work on Trump—Zelensky Still Doesn’t Get It
Then, in a painfully transparent attempt to win Trump over, Zelensky wrote: “We do really value how much America has done to help Ukraine… And we remember the moment when things changed when President Trump provided Ukraine with Javelins.” Trump isn’t falling for this. Zelensky’s sudden nostalgia for Trump’s past generosity is a classic manipulative tactic—the same one used by people who burn bridges and come crawling back when they realize they need something. His mistake? He still underestimates Trump. Flattery and revisionist history don’t work on someone who sees through the con. From War Hero to Wannabe Tyrant: What Happened to Zelensky?
At the start of the war, Zelensky played the role of the underdog hero—pleading for help, painting himself as the leader of a noble cause. The world bought in. But power changes people.
Three years later, after billions in U.S. aid and zero accountability, Zelensky is no longer the desperate man begging for his people—he’s the entitled, arrogant leader who marched into the White House demanding more money, then scoffed when Trump suggested negotiations. This shift in behavior is more than just political—it’s psychological.
Zelensky is showing classic signs of a leader consumed by power and delusion. His behavior suggests:
Narcissistic tendencies – He now believes he’s too important to compromise. Borderline personality traits – His erratic shifts from defiance to desperation show emotional instability. Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) – War changes people. The pressure of leading a crumbling nation has warped his judgment. Sociopathic tendencies – His refusal to acknowledge his mistakes or take responsibility for Ukraine’s worsening condition is deeply troubling.
Can Zelensky Be Saved?
If Zelensky were on my couch, I’d tell him the same thing I’d tell any leader losing touch with reality: “You need a wake-up call before it’s too late.”
He has two choices:
Continue the delusion, refuse to negotiate, and drag Ukraine further into destruction. Face reality, own his mistakes, and take the only path that might save his country—negotiation.
But let’s be clear: America can’t trust him in his current state.
Zelensky has lied too many times, manipulated too many leaders, and burned too many bridges. Until he proves he’s willing to act in good faith, President Trump and the American people should treat his words as nothing more than desperate theater. Because right now, Zelensky isn’t leading Ukraine to victory—he’s leading it straight off a cliff.
Zeepers melt down.
How sad.
Too bad.
GO TRUMP!
GO JD!
Megyn Kelly did a commentary that focused on Z-man’s eyes during the smackdown, they were darting all over, he wasn’t paying any attention to what Trump was saying. It seems clear he realized he’d screwed up and was internally panicked about how to salvage the meeting.
Good article. Although the Author did not go there…I will.
COKE usage could explain Zelensky’s behavior.
There needs to be an audit of what has been lavished on the Zelensky regime. If the Biden Crime Family pops up, so be it. Pre-emptive pardons shouldn’t apply. Sweat it out of Zelensky and get him to rat out his accomplices, regardless who they were.
Vance mentioned in an interview that the whole Oval Office event was planned. The deal would be signed, everyone would pay their respects to each other, and it would show US commitment to Ukraine
Zelensky purposely went off script and blew it up.
The Europeans convinced him to to this.
If my leader did a great job and saved country, I’d lay the first line out for him every morning
If my leader destroyed my entire country and got rich doing it with no REAL concern for his fellow citizens, I’d want him GONE.
Some great leaders hit a bottle of heavy stuff a day.
I’m sure some great leaders have done other things we don’t know about.
I’m sure some terrible leaders have boozed it up or done drugs.
Honestly, I dont really care.
I care abbout the job they’re doing.
And z’s doing an AWFUL job.
Is “European” the new way to say Demoncrat Senators? Like the ones the grifter penile piano player met with immediately before his oval office performance?
“We’re ripping out all those wires…”, says Frank Sinatra, as he fans out a deck of Red Queens.
Zelenski wasn’t programmed to be a peace-time leader.
Yes, Zelenski has a major cocaine addiction…
What Zelensky seems to have realized is that the metals deal is actually cover for continuing arms supplies and implicit security guarantees.
First off, it's not even clear the reserves actually exist or are economically recoverable if they do. Second, any recovery will require billions in investment. Third, much of the mineral wealth is in territory occupied by Russia. American involvement and investment in these minerals would have to be defended, so Russia could not attack Ukraine again without risking an immediate confrontation with the US.
This deal is really the American camel's nose entering the Ukrainian tent. That's how many Russian commentators see it. In the best outcome, Russia will wind up paying royalties to the US for mineral extraction in territories it continues to hold that will be used for Ukrainian defense.
Thoughts from the Z fan club?
And the worst outcome? As one speculates on the future, a range of possibilities would be wise to consider.
Z man is a coke addict
Z is a little child trapped in a little child’s body.
Add to that he like the blow.
Trump has his number, he cannot be trusted
Z turned to Dem Congress critters- including Lindsey and Grassley-, but they can only offer words of advice to resist Trump, not men cash and hardware.
Immediately after leaving the white house Z flew to meet with Euro leaders, but they can only offer words of advice to resist Trump, not men cash and hardware.
Perhaps he can try India.
European governments and the Democrat Party.
Somebody, somebody serious, clearly put their boot up Zelensky’s rear quarter immediately upon his arrival back home. He is no more in charge of the Kiev money laundering operation than Biden was in control of his bowels. This comedian’s act is wearing thin on everyone.
