Bondi Reveals FBI Delivered 'Truckload' of Jeffrey Epstein Files, Meanwhile Top Bureau Official Resigns

Two FBI stories broke Monday, and they very well may be connected. First, the New York Field Office’s top agent, James Dennehy, resigned, claiming that he had been told he’d be fired if he didn’t. Second, Attorney General Pam Bondi announced that the Bureau had dropped off a “truckload” of Jeffrey Epstein files after she’d set a hard deadline for their turnover.

Coincidence?

As we reported, Bondi had promised to deliver the potential bombshell files, which she did to select independent conservative media influencers Thursday, but things didn’t necessarily go as planned. The files were heavily redacted and contained mostly information that had been made public previously.

On that same Thursday, Bondi was notified by a whistleblower that the FBI had not in fact turned over all the documents as they had promised, so she ordered Director Kash Patel to deliver them post-haste.

On Monday evening, she announced on Sean Hannity’s Fox News show that now she finally has them:

U.S. Attorney General Pam Bondi revealed that the Department of Justice has received more Jeffery Epstein files from the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) after the document release she touted last week fell flat.

Speaking to Fox News host Sean Hannity on Tuesday [sic] night, Bondi confirmed that a "truckload" of Epstein files were delivered by the FBI after she gave the agency until 8 a.m. on Friday morning to deliver.

Bondi said that officials will go through the files "as fast as we can," while also being careful to protect Epstein's victims.

On your first 2 positions, I believe them to be plausible but unlikely. But that is just me.

It is also quite possible that SDNY agents (who are SES-Union) understand their mission to be protective of documentation under classified status, regardless of the clearance of those who ask.
Also that, because of their protected status under SES rules, they can’t be disciplined as long as they are doing their job.
See above.
IOW, they don’t answer to any administrator, at any level.
Bondi needs to show them they aren’t untouchable for ‘insubordination’.
The bus is waiting, Ms Bondi.
Take to tossin someone else under thee

“Dennehy ... would be an example of seditiously conspiring to hinder or delay the execution of the laws of the United States.”

You have well laid out the case. However, if Dennehy were to be tried in the southern district of New York or in D.C., the chances of a conviction would be minimal (regardless of overwhelming evidence).

This country desperately needs an overhaul of its judicial venue rules.

“under SES rules, they can’t be disciplined as long as they are doing their job.”

That is not correct.

The President can fire any SES employee on the spot—no reason need be given.

They could fight it in court later—in my opinion they would lose—but in the meantime their access to buildings, security clearance and computer clearance would be revoked and would never have to be reinstated.

Worst case they have to be rehired and could be detailed to an Antarctic science station.

My personal belief is that this is so damaging to both sides of the parties and Israel that we are never going to know anything of significance.

It wouldn’t surprise me at all if someone unraveled a connection to USAID slush fund.

Meanwhile, Patel is denying there was a honeypot situation with the FBI trying to wreck Trump.

Btw, I am not sure if Patel is claiming no honey pot trap for Trump or that the agent named was not part of it

It seems likely they did try to honeypot him so anyone claiming there wasn’t one needs to be watched

I’m way behind on a whole bunch of stuff lately, so be lenient.

Something I don’t understand: First Bondi said the files were on her desk. Then she said she only received about 200 pages. Now truckloads were delivered? Which one is correct?

Very good!

As POTUS, would PDJT be able to make a blanket arrest from the podium? Just start reading off a list of names provided to him by Bondi?

“Now all the Epstein files are in DC.”

We don’t know that AT ALL. It’s a case of “You don’t know what you don’t know”.

“Her incompetence was on full display. No lawyer in their right mind would believe there were only 200 pages in the Epstein file”

Especially since there were drone videos, and FBI still shots, taken at his island house released soon after Epstein was whacked. I don’t understand how she couldn’t know that.

I guess she was too busy prosecuting innocent people in FL and cozying up to her boss JEB!.

Not pertinent to the topic, but I loved Brian Dennehy!

I have low faith and low trust with Bondi on the topic of Epstein. She had a chance years ago to nail him in Florida and missed it. Last Friday’s clown show only reinforced my skepticism.

I suggest you take it up with her.

I don’t need thousands of pages and boxes of useless crap which for the most part is designed to cause confusion.

Seems to me a list of perps and their victims (victims redacted) along with dates and a check mark for evidence available is all that’s needed and that could be done in 10 to 15 pages.

Some of the other crap would be the actual evidence against them.

Andy McCabe got fired for lying a day or 2 before his full pension went into effect. He sued the government and got his pension back. If my memory serves me correctly AG Garland gave the lame excuse it would cost the government more to fight the case than McCabe's pension was worth. What a putz...

“The Tina Peters Colorado intervention by DOJ was outstanding”

I totally missed that! Will have to do some research on it.

That’s true.

Ditto for ANY prosecutions / trials in DC.

Barbie needs to call on smarter people, e.g., Mike Davis, to find a loophole to successfully change venues. If anywhere in NY, or anywhere in DC, WE WILL LOSE. It would be a waste of time.

Patel doesn’t LOOK like a diva, but appearances can be deceiving. He’s not going to live where he can be called to meet with POTUS with an hour’s notice? Seems weird. I can see dispersing agents throughout the country, but it seems the head honchos should be accessible to Trump 24/7.

IIRC, she was working for Jeb! at the time. It’s possible that some Bush names appear on video or lists.

Dennehy’s “fighting” email was sent to a bunch of people—hopefully some around the country.

That would make any venue open.
