The girds are a bit more interdependent than he is letting on. Cutting of electrify on the grid to the US will be harmful to Ontario as well and they will have no back up if their portion of the grid goes down.
This is a bit of false bravado more than anything else.

Sure you will. Ford will destroy his economy to “save it”. Unlike other items, Electricity cannot be exported to other buyers. Without the US Market it has no where to go.
