California Democrats Purge Five Republicans, and One Moderate Democrat, from Committees
Breitbart ^ | March 03, 2025 | Joel B. Pollak

California State Assembly Speaker Robert Rivas (D-Hollister) purged five Republicans and one moderate Democrat from legislative committees late Friday, apparently in retaliation for their efforts at oversight and bipartisanship.

The move was shocking even by California standards. Democrats hold supermajorities in both the Assembly and the State Senate, and can pass legislation virtually without input or objection from Republican members of either.

The San Joaquin Valley Sun reported that “[s]ome of the GOP’s loudest voices in the California Assembly – and one Democrat who undertook a bipartisan initiative – were dropped from committee posts.”

It added (original emphasis): “Breaking down a ‘Friday Night Massacre’: Rivas’ moves centered on Asms. Alexandra Macedo (R-Tulare), David Tangipa (R-Clovis), Carl DeMaio (R-San Diego), and – to lesser extent – Asms. Bill Essayli (R-Riverside) and Joe Patterson (R-Rocklin). … Rivas also removed Asm. Maggy Krell (D-Sacramento) from the Assembly Higher Education Committee.”

Krell has been working with Republicans on legislation to combat the sex trafficking of minors in California.

The Great Dem Implosion continues at a fast gallop.
Prediction: A small, but determined faction of the Dems will form their own group of what passes as moderates. That Party is clearly not big enough for more than one point of view on any given topic.

The core of today’s Democrat Party has been taken over by progressives, socialists, communists, and Trans-Fundamentalists. Yes, the leaders of that last group sees their ‘sexuality’ as their religion, gospel and guiding light. The most violent ones consider themselves as members of a ‘crusade’.... in my opinion.

Well, if they can’t rule the Federal government, they might as well completely take over Californication...then we can easily see what WOULD have happened were it not for DJT.

I didn’t think there were 5 Republicans in office in the entire state.

I hate to say this but the Republicans in Congress could, and should learn from this.

Democrats in Washington should be removed from committees

They were hit with a rash of small to moderate earthquakes over the weekend.

A warning sign..............

Sounds like Speaker Johnson needs to pull a page out of Tip Oneill and remove every California Democrat from ALL committees

Kalifornia has completely rigged the “election” process. EVERY election, be it Primary, Special, Recall, or in November, ALL OF IT IS MAIL-IN BALLOTS.

For a month before the date of any of the above “elections” there are ballot-stuffing “drop boxes” all over every district/precinct.

Even with all the this early crap, there are thousands that bring their ballot on election day. That said, so many times the democRATs claim victory 3 minutes after the polls close.

If any race is too close, they announce nothing, while they ‘count’ some more ballots. In the 2024 November election, Pelousy’s daughter bragged of “curing” ballots for a month after election day.

I was born and raised in CA. Reagan country.
Leftists moved in and destroyed the state,
I escaped to a Democrat paradise called Hawaii.
We pretty much ignore Democrats here, since they are so impotent. Lot harder to do in CA.
CA is to big to fail, but it will get very hungry.
