The unpopular Sir Keir Starmer says he will assemble a "coalition of the willing" in Ukraine: the phrase his Labour Party and Bush used to invade Iraq.
He also boasts the UK will puts "boots on the ground" in Ukraine: but can only do so with "strong US backing."

1/3 When NATO members attacked Libya and the US “led from behind” and Gaddafi fought back, it did not mean all members had to join in as not all NATO members ever participated in the 2011 attack upon Libya.
Secondly, NATO is a defensive charter, not an offensive one, if another country offensively attacks a NATO member it would trigger Article 5, but it wouldn’t apply if member nations go poking around in active war zones, and especially where the country (Ukraine) is not a NATO member, otherwise this is just another recipe and route for more endless war.
2/3 The same Starmer who jails memers (who have posted memes of migrants with misshapen heads, crying, etc, etc), to longer sentences than violent “migrants,” let others out early to make room for Brits, let violent “migrant” protests go largely undisturbed by the police while counter protests were obstructed, etc, now all of a sudden I guess wants freedom for Ukraine when Zelensky is a dictator (as Trump has said).
And I imagine he’ll send over Christian men to do the fighting, not from the top tier of society either mind you, while the NGO’s continue seeking more “migrants” to flood into the UK (who, thankfully, have been cut off from USAID $$$ wherever they are).
3/3 Ursula von der Leyen at the London Ukraine summit called for EU to “urgently rearm.”:
“All Europeans must invest in defense and accelerate military production”

Suddenly everyone is a war monger. Putin is the only one who wants peace. And Trump.
“Make peace you fools!”
(Field Marshal Gerd Von Rundstad to Field Marshal Keitel July 1, 1944)

Germans gonna German.
She’s as communist as is humanly possible and I’m not sure all Germans are commies.
Then again, they rejected the only sensible path, AfD, out of the mess the country is in, so there’s that...
A coalition of the pea brains.
Starmer wants to put UK troops there but only with “strong” USA backing.
In other words he wants the USA troops to go die while his token force camps out and play pretend way back from the actual fighting.
No you POS go it alone and kill your own sons. America voted, we want peace, you warmongering demon, desperate to start WW3 and cuase massive death.
No more war!
He wants an excuse to say not that refusal to fight their wars, being against unending military interventionism, being for a peace plan, etc, is somehow pro-Putin.
He’s a fascist commie, Jim.
Redo... my fault:
He wants an excuse to say that refusal to fight their wars, being against unending military interventionism, being for a peace plan, etc, is somehow pro-Putin.
I think he wants the US to pay for it. Well, if Putin decides to start lobbing megatonnage at cities, better if it’s London or Brussels. Not NY or Omaha.
He’s far worse than THAT!
After we leave, maybe Starmer can install Zelensky as head of NATO, and give him a real uniform.
” think he wants the US to pay for it”
Commie Starmer needs to get his muzzie supporters to pay for it.
(Mr. Hand) will assemble a “coalition of the willing
Jeff Spicoli: “Those guys are faaaags!”
His coalition of the willing will be “peace keepers”. They don’t intend to fight.
That is what the “strong US backstop” is supposed to do.
Pure unadulterated horse manure from Starmer and the Europeons.
“He also boasts the UK will puts “boots on the ground” in Ukraine: but can only do so with “strong US backing.”
i haven’t seen the qualifier “only with strong US backing” before ... sounds to me like Starmer is already backing off his tough talk of boots on the ground since there is zero chance of “strong backing” by the U.S. for EU “boots on the ground” and Starmer knows that ...
