It warmed up there a bit today. Between the sunshine and the temp, a lot of snow on the lake ice has melted and the ice is melting too. Very sloppy.

Is your winter winding down?
We have had several weeks of days above freezing, and have practically no snow left. I would love to say winter is over, but Mother Nature usually slaps us down for thinking such a thing.
And we thank you for your service to our country.

Is winter over yet in your neck of the woods?
We haven’t had snow for weeks, but day temps up to 40. Dare I think winter is over this early? Nope!
Hey Kathy, we went from snow to Spring-like weather almost overnight and more warm weather is on the way, no complaints!
Winter has been intense. Last week was mild; now we have a polar vortex. However, weather will be warming next week.

They’re talking 40+ mph winds here with gusts up to 50 in this part of the state. I do NOT look forward to that!
