Perez told the outlet that her husband had been arrested for drug possession in 1994 before the two met, and deported in 1995. The two met after he illegally returned to the U.S. and Perez added her husband has since been charged with two DUIs and a misdemeanor assault.

You don’t have to be separated from your husband, Yadira. Go to Mexico with him.

I guess he shoulda obeyed the law and applied LEGALLY for citizenship! He cut in line ahead of others trying to become citizens the legal way, and broke our laws doing so! How is it that she was a councilwoman with a husband who is a criminal?

Well she choose to go against the law in having relationship with illegal so she choose to leave it up to the law to catch up with her and him and day and time.

What the hell is wrong with these people? The council woman should be arrested also for harboring an illegal alien, especially one with warrants. Idiots.

Here’s an idea.
Don’t break the law.
I know, I know, what a novel concept.

Illegal reentry after a deportation with cause is a felony. These are exactly the types of illegal immigrants Tom Homan is going after. She should have chosen more wisely.

Coachella is a pretty dismal place, but it’s in CA’s Central Valley,
And Burning Man is in the Nevada desert.

According to federal authorities, Jimenez’s arrest was based on his criminal history, which includes multiple felony charges. Among these charges are an assault with a deadly weapon in 2023 and the illegal re-entry into the U.S. after being deported in 1995. A judge approved his release on bail, and Jimenez will have the opportunity to fight his case in court.

And yet through it all, even though married, presumably to a US Citizen, they never bothered to apply for citizenship legally....
