Why can’t this entire LawFare apparatus be RICOed? I’m thankful for this LawFare Program to keep track of all of the rings in this circus.

I believe that Roberts is going to have to act to smack down the “nationwide injunctions” from district courts, or he’s going to lose control of the federal judiciary.

Traitor Roberts “There are NO 0bama Judges” is a wimp until he proves otherwise [and I totally hope he steps up].

Congress needs to pass a tax Norman Eisen into penury law. Also, Congress needs to pass a "tune up Norman Eisen with Lucille" law.

Why ruin such a beautiful tool. How about we deport him as an illegal alien instead?

Clarence Thomas and Neil Gorsuch have been registering their displeasure with “nationwide injunctions”* by district courts for some time now.
*[also universal injunctions]

Why ruin such a beautiful tool. Yeah, you'd probably have to pressure-wash it, afterwards...

Yes, I saw that.
Temporary, and I think just in this one court case.
We’ll have to go to the Supremes website to see.

I think by staying one he has set the precedent. They should all be stayed. Otherwise Roberts has real can of worms to untangle.

Roberts needs to act, or Congress will vote to limit the jurisdiction of federal judges. The latter is preferrable to the former.
