Isaacman is known for commanding the first all-civilian spaceflight mission to orbit Earth in 2021 and plans to set ambitious new goals at NASA once he’s confirmed.

Tech billionaires don’t worry too much about things like existing laws and institutions. If NASA were being spun off into a private organization, it might be different.

This is another guy who’s a tech billionaire from developing a payment program like PayPal, and who has his own fleet of fighter aircraft. He’s also a Musk pal, which is likely best reference.
