How’s a landlord supposed to survive?
********
Hire a few prostitues for use in the
landlord business venture. They be
used to show the property.
Liberals are always so generous of other people’s money. If the government wants to help those victims of the fire then write the damn check! Stop stealing other people‘s property!
Just keeping the Nazi party platform from 1920:
“Abolition of unearned (work and labour) incomes. Breaking of rent-slavery.”
National Socialism reaches full flower in California.
So it’s okay if the landlord can’t pay his bills and is given a financial hardship?
As if landlords don't have bills to pay as well.
How long's it been since the fires? What percent is even cleaned up? How long will it take to rebuild? How much effort would it have been to prepare and properly respond to the fires?
The answer to all is years. The people of Cali are insane, both those who run it and those who choose to stay. It's a failed state with nice weather and scenery.
And who, exactly, will be reimbursing the landlords?
Got a mirror?
Believe me when I say that landlords have given up the business because of this crap. These actions are highly unconstitutional, but we have a lawless USSC.
Exactly. We own rental property in upstate NYS. One unit had 3 roommates, joint and several. One of the roommates who was the most undesirable, invited in a bunch of thug friends and threatened the 2 good roommates to the point where they fled.
The police did absolutely nothing. And you can’t go in and yank out the “guests” as my husband would love to do nor can you cut off the utilities. Starting eviction tomorrow.
Yep. Although 45 was pressured into moratoriums and business closures during the Scamdemic by the evil Fauci and the Scarf lady, Biden continued this even though found unconstitutional.
End goal is to eliminate small private landlords and have either Blackrock or gov’t style Cabrini Green places only.
You live in state where the legislature considers all landlords to be greedy people who take advantage of tenants. And the tenants can do no wrong. Not much you can do about it except sell.
We are not to that point yet since we just re-entered the REI market late 2019. But if “Good Cause” gets opted into in our town, then we will sell.
Yep. In it I see some sour-faced old dude who looks like he’s rather tired of this BS...
