Mandate electric cars. And Trump is the dictator?

Dovetails with the summer brownout decree, charging on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays only. See your local Schiff for a special dispensation.

It could be something as simple (and obvious) as the fact that at this time the market for EVs at the current prices appears to be saturated.

News flash, there will not be any more money from Uncle Sugar to push the electric vehicle agenda and electric utilities don't have the generation capacity at the moment to handle the new loads desired by the Environmental cult and low carbon virtue signalers. Besides now that Elon is associated with the evil Trump, Tesla's are no longer California Eco cool.

If electric car sales are falling in a state that mandates them 100% within 11 years, imagine how they’re going to fall in states that don’t

Electric may be a niche for a while. Until it isn't.

Reason 1: Should the US build beautiful nuclear plants, (think mini co-gen NG plants), across the Country, the limits of electrification are boundless. Imo.

The EV fad is over. The few people who’d get an EV for political reasons have already gotten one. As have the few people for whom an EV is practical to have as one of their cars.

I still want a couple of Mr. Fusions to power the compound and its vehicles.

[Plus the recycling is GREAT!]

How about ICE/Gen conversion kits instead of a new battery.
