In a major ruling, the judge overseeing the case of the man charged with killing four Idaho college students in 2022 has denied a request to exclude potentially key DNA and other evidence from his upcoming capital murder trial.
Lawyers for Bryan Kohberger had sought to suppress DNA evidence that was seen as a linchpin of prosecutors' case against him -- evidence they say directly links Kohberger to the crime scene. In addition, lawyers sought to exclude data obtained from various online accounts like Apple, Google and Amazon belonging to Kohberger; his apartment in Washington; and his parents' Pennsylvania home.

He is turning the trial into a circus. Almost as if he committed the murders s wanted so he could get caught and demonstrate how he could run rings around the “justice” system.

The case seems pretty much open to conviction with perp termination a quick justice result.

Some people think they are smarter than the process and use the system to demonstrate it in order to get their ego licks in.

This has taken way to long. This POS should have been worm by now.
How is it everybody here trusts the news media’s representations about this case? They have a speck of something, probably skin, on a knife sheath they cannot link to him. That could easily be planted. Meanwhile they have two blood smears from two other male subjects, one on a stair rail which was probably deposited the night of the killings, and another on a glove outside the house.
IMO, he didn’t kill them, and is being framed by the domestic Stasi. If you have seen it, and I have, it is to the domestic spying shenanigans we know about what DOGE is to the fraud we knew was going on. DOGE is proving probably 70% of our budget was being siphoned off to fraud and graft, where we could not dream it was that big.
The American Stasi was built in the shadows in America, and is about two hundred times as bad as the worst FBI stuff you could imagine. It will have disinfo agents planted even here on FR, it is so big, and everyone in it is a diehard traitor to everything America is about. I know many of the people in it.
It is what killed JFK, RFK, MLK, and Malcolm X, as well as Michael Hastings, Danny Casolaro, and it is what tried to kill Trump.

Why were the girls being surveyed or targeting? You post no reason. The one thing you got right was a couple of good looking girls being looked at by a bunch of college aged males in real life that’s considered normal. Name one kid today that isn’t looking at his or her phone almost continually.
Your understanding of surveillance is lacking as well.
You didn’t read the chapter (based on how fast you replied), or you would have seen the videos, multiple, which tracked one of the guys following them on the street before the food cart, who said “They are going to get you for that Kaylee,” so he knew their names. He followed them to the food truck but never ordered, and when the girl talked to him at the food truck, she said “Fck you mister,” so she did not know his name, and their relationship was hostile. She also filed a police report saying she was followed by strangers who were harassing her.
You also did not address the two blood smears Police found which they could not identify.
Why are you so invested in the MSM version of the story? And why are you averse to the idea this government, which has been screwing everyone far worse than we ever thought possible, might also have created a Stasi-like surveillance operation employing citizen informants to rat on their neighbors, and disinfo agents on websites like this?
Did yo see the videos on the front page at AmericanStasi.com, which feature children talking about being part of domestic surveillance, like the Hitler youth?
I should add, keep an open mind. With Kash taking over at FBI, expect domestic surveillance to be fully outed in the near future, just like the embezzlement operation it was running, stealing from our treasury.
And be ready, because when people see what I have seen, where it is having its informants recruit their kids to work the schools under adults assigned to schools, and begin building files on everyone’s children, while they are young and naive, it will be a civil war of us decent people against these traitors.
America has no room for people like that. And I can guarantee you, exposure is coming.

I like what Dean Martin said in ROUGH NIGHT IN JERICHO(1967).
“Lock him up. We’ll hang him tomorrow right after the trial.”
Even if the DNA evidence was thrown out, there is still a bunch of circumstantial evidence that should lead to a conviction. There are videos of him leaving and returning to his apartment during the murder time frame. Cell phone records are damning as well, etc.
