I finally saw that video of the crash... She was descending WAY too fast!
This one was clearly pilot error, unless her altimeter wasn’t working.

It was OBVIOUS when the plane flipped over that DEI was a MAJOR FACTOR. Glad it’s coming out now.
The article goes on to say the pool of qualified women is much smaller than the excluded pool of qualified men:

Statistically speaking, the quality of picking a crew based on genitals is going to be far less competent than picking a crew based on skill.”

Or she didn’t know how to use it, or she used the wrong altimeter for final approach and landing.

I haven’t head a word reported yet on who was flying that plane. How many days has it been now?
I looked at the article: holy cr@p! Set aside the DEI question; some of those pilots looked barely old enough to have drivers’ licenses!
A few days ago a retired Navy F18 pilot was on Fox and he noted that the desent rate was about 1,100ft/sec and that the desent rate for a carrier landing in an F18 was 800ft/sec. In other words, it was coming in way to fast.
My dad and brother were pilots for United.
Everyone in the neighborhood knew that my Dad put the VW Super Beetle up on two wheels as he turned the corner at speed into the neighborhood. Slammed it down every time, too.
My brother was a pitcher, a drummer, a world class skier, and anything else a guy could do with his body.
I’m 80% as good as they were. But I want guys with that level of eye / hand coordination flying my plane. I’ve never known a single woman who has that.
Yeah, but don’t you get it? Soros, Jorge Busho, O’Bummer and company are willing to sacrifice American lives all in the name of the Sacred god Of Diversity. (They, of course, all fly private jets with white, male pilots and crew.)

Sounds similar to that construction company that prided themselves on being female-led that caused the Florida International University pedestrian bridge collapse in 2018.
