@MysteryGrove
I just discovered that James Marshall, a BLM activist who shot a driver in the head during the George Floyd Riots, has been released from prison after only serving roughly 3 years
Can someone in the Trump administration please look into federal charges against him?
Marshall shot a disabled veteran in the back of the head at an armed roadblock. He was given an extremely lenient plea agreement by a Soros prosecutor. Even though the judge gave him the maximum sentence, 11 years, Marshall is currently listed as residing in a halfway house.
Wouldn’t it be great if the disabled veteran driver had a very disgruntled family member?
And they’re screaming about Trump and the J6 releases.
This guy could be Obama's son...
There’s a full-fledged war on and civilization is losing...
Brings to mind George Patten’s famous 1917 poem...
If the judge sentenced him to 11 years why did he only serve 3?
James Marshall is a POS white lawyer
More on the murderer and victim :
...Law enforcement identified a suspect, 27-year-old Alamosa resident James Marshall, and subsequently placed him into custody at approximately 8:40 p.m. Marshall was charged with attempted 2nd Degree homicide, 1st Degree assault, reckless endangerment, felony menacing, criminal mischief, illegal discharge of a firearm, and prohibited use of weapons. Marshall reportedly is an attorney with a second-story office in downtown Alamosa.
ALAMOSA, Colo. (KRDO) — A man is in a Colorado Springs hospital tonight after police say he was shot in the head by a defense attorney during a protest in Alamosa. Reporter Chelsea Brentzel was in Alamosa Friday where the violence has shaken the small southeastern Colorado community.
Police tell us a 27-year-old defense attorney shot at a driver during a protest Friday night on Main Street. Until then, the protests in town had been peaceful.
Police say the suspect, James Marshall, was on the streets when he shot a man who was driving. The gunshot victim was identified by police as 49-year-old Danny Pruitt of Canon City.
KRDO learned that Marshall is a defense attorney in Alamosa. State records show Marshall has practiced law in Colorado since at least October 2018. Those who live in town are stunned by the allegations against him....
Tell the FAMILY that justice could not be served because of evil political bias: so it’s up to them. Deuteronomy is hell when not heeded.
Police soon apprehended Marshall, and yet another familiar pattern from the 2020 rioting made an appearance. Marshall claimed he was acting in defense of others. His wife, who had open carried a gun at earlier BLM events, was also in the crowd. Video evidence showed that she was never in danger. No one was. Although Marshall was unambiguously guilty, he received an extremely lenient plea deal from San Luis Valley District Attorney Alonzo Payne. Payne allowed Marshall to plead out to an unrelated 3rd degree felony—“tampering with the body of a deceased person.”
The murderer, a lawyer, ended up getting off very easy.
DEATH PENALTY
Arrest hem for civil rights violations
The judicial proceedings that followed Marshall’s arrest “took on a life of its own”, says defense counsel Randy Canney, with multiple continuances as counsel attempted to find a resolution. Ultimately, in an eleventh-hour deal, a resolution was reached even as potential jurors, who had been summoned for jury duty in the case, were gathering in the hallway.
The specifics of the plea deal sparked new controversy when it was learned that all charges directly related to the shooting had been dismissed, including Second Degree Attempted Murder, Assault with a Deadly Weapon, Second Degree Assault resulting in Serious Bodily Injury and Reckless Endangerment, three of which carried a sentence enhancer that increases the maximum sentencing allowed.
In their place, Marshall was only being charged with Tampering with a Deceased Human Body, also a third-degree felony but one that does not have a sentence enhancer for being a Crime of Violence, does not reflect that a deadly weapon was used in the crime and required a “waiver of factual basis” in the charges in order to be considered by the court. Proceedings were further delayed when it was revealed that the victim, Danny Pruitt, had encountered legal difficulties with the Costilla County Sheriff’s Office and defense counsel requested the DA’s office provide them with court documents.
That was the backdrop of the case when Marshall appeared for sentencing on Tuesday.
Blocked traffic to protest and then shot the guy in the back of the head who was just trying to get through.
Need to restore the death penalty in this country and repair this broken system so it works more efficiently
Pleads out to
Tampering with a Corpse !?!
