Have his intelligence agencies issue a report that there is very credible intelligence that Russia, Hamas, Iran, China are all doubting whether Trump has the full power of The Presidency and The American government behind him. That they are also questioning how stable The American government is. Assess that all of this posses an extreme threat to our country and our allies. On that basis have them arrested under terrorism/national security statutes.

You have a good point.

These corrupt "judges" are a national security threat.

If The Putin or The Xi can count on them to hobble the president, then this country is no longer safe.

It is possible that the Trump administration is giving the judges enough rope to hang themselves.“

I think it’s more likely he is waiting for Patel.

All the emails, texts, and phone calls of the judge are official records. They should tell an interesting story.

Amy Berman Jackson said the court will hold the next hearing on the plaintiffs’ motion (National Treasury Employees Union) on March 3.

And President Trump can simply ignore all of her orders.

We have not had rule of law for quite some time, thanks to the Democrats. Their policy has always been to ignore laws and court orders when they found them inconvenient. We will do the same to them.

The "laws" will not protect them now. The Democrats destroyed their credibility.

The rule of the Democrats is intolerable. What comes next is yet to be determined.

If you look at my history, I really hate conspiracy theories, but I can’t help wondering if she had an affair that the leftists are holding over her. I don’t know how else to explain her treachery.

So far, trump has not appealed anything to the Supreme Court. They need a case to decide anything.

Exactly right. These idiot orders do not constitute a legal court process with defense procedures. Until that happens - if it ever happens - there is nothing to bring to the SCOTUS.

So in the meantime, ignore these "orders" and continue the course.

I am guessing she can hold Trump or one of his people in civil or criminal contempt. Most likely Trump is immune

IANAL (obviously) but that sounds plausible...except that he's POTUS. Didn't the SC just rule, last year, that he has broad immunity in the exercise of his authority? So, as you say, he is likely immune. Likely in both civil and criminal sense.

Therefore...? Isn't his best course to proceed with his agenda, let these judges find him in contempt, and when that goes up the chain, SC (or some station along the way) rules again in his favor? And since judges don't enjoy being corrected by higher courts, they'll want to avoid that. No?

Seems like these judges are writing checks they can't cash.

There is a “balance of power” and “checks and balances” except against one branch. Maybe such a check exists, and it isn’t being used. Maybe this isn’t what was intended...

I read somewhere that the Founding Fathers, for all their wisdom, never imagined the judiciary would become unscrupulous or dictatorial.

If actual criminal charges are laid against officials, union bigwigs or sitting members of Congress, these judges would, due to their obvious partisanship, be forced to recuse themselves.

Given that it's obvious they are partisan, they clearly don't try to hide it and that's why the won't recuse: BECAUSE they are so nakedly partisan.

I read somewhere that the Founding Fathers, for all their wisdom, never imagined the judiciary would become unscrupulous or dictatorial.

Jefferson did:

“You seem to consider the judges as the ultimate arbiters of all constitutional questions; a very dangerous doctrine indeed, and one which would place us under the despotism of an oligarchy. Our judges are as honest as other men, and not more so. They have, with others, the same passions for party, for power, and the privilege of their corps.... Their power [is] the more dangerous as they are in office for life, and not responsible, as the other functionaries are, to the elective control. The Constitution has erected no such single tribunal, knowing that to whatever hands confided, with the corruptions of time and party, its members would become despots. It has more wisely made all the departments co-equal and co-sovereign within themselves.”

He goes on in this letter to say that the constitution does not give the judiciary any power over the legislature (that ship has sailed long ago, they seized it) or the executive (and now they are seizing that).

I think so too. Bondi and Patel. Then the search warrants will start. That's why they are so afraid.

There is no need to fire any of these useless bureaucrats. In the interest of budget restraint their HQs should be relocated to a more economical location. Lukeville, Arizona is one such place. There are empty spaces at the intersection of Gringo Pass and North Aho Sonoita Highway. The temporary housing shortage can be solved by providing luxury house trailers compliments of FEMA. The influx of highly paid workers would stimulate the economy. Perhaps a Taco Bell would open there.

Maybe she can delay their firing. But, if they are ordered to stay home and their access to the building and computers is denied, then they can’t do any harm. They might as well be looking for work elsewhere.

I read the same way. There is nothing in the order that prevents the copying of data and removing the copy to display to the President or to show to the gaggle at the White House briefing.

Furthermore, the order does not seem to be that restrictive of Musk's boys' investigation. They are not prohibited from entering nor from investigating; although the employees may not be fired wholesale, they are nevertheless excluded from the building so they do not hamper Musk nor do they carry on with their nefarious work; money for the agency has been temporarily stopped so the power to do mischief has been temporarily halted.

The preliminary injunction continues only until March 3 by which time Musk will have completed much of his work. The blitz continues.
